Take your children out to see pandas. The location is so convenient. You are right at Exit C of the Xindao Subway Line 9, and the elevators are very fast. There are five elevators. The room is clean, the noise is low, and the facilities are complete. You can even see the Twin Towers at night. This price is really great value for money.

The equipment is very new and very good. I was very satisfied with the last time, but I was very dissatisfied with the air conditioner this time. The outdoor air conditioner was only 19 degrees. The wind that sent the wind was hot. The indoor maximum was 28 degrees. Finally, the air conditioner was turned off and the window was opened. Slowly cool down, this is not the way of hotel operation, I stayed in a cheaper hotel in Chongqing the next day, and the temperature dropped to 10 degrees and the air conditioner was still on. This was correct!

Due to the epidemic, I called several times to consult before check-in. The boss will answer very politely and patiently. On the night of check-in, I found the hotel smoothly. The entrance of the lobby is the same side as the side door of the Youfang Shopping Mall. The hotel is located in the main city, surrounded by various large shopping malls and office buildings, and there are many places to eat. I went to Room 2110 and quickly completed the check-in procedures, got the room card and came to the room. The terrace is a floor-to-ceiling window and you can see a very bustling night view. Washing machine, microwave oven, hair dryer, shampoo, foam bath lotion, etc. are all available. Health is also very good. I stayed for 14 days and felt very good. I will introduce my colleagues to stay in the future.

I’ve stayed at multiple Fraser locations. Having previously stayed at their old location at renheng and had a good experience I thought it would be even better at their new location. I was wrong. 1) The rooms smells full of toxic gas from renovation. Even the air filter in the living room shows a PM2.5 level of 80+ 2) The hotel likes to save as much electricity as possible so they often like to turn off the entire air conditioning unit for the entire hotel in the morning making u wake up from being too hot. The centralised air conditioning is not adjustable at all. I put the temperature to 10c and it still showed a reading of 24. 3) Service was terrible as soon as we arrived. Worker outside supposed to be helping with luggage was standing and looking at us until I called him to help with the luggage. The lady with pimples on her face is rude and not welcoming at all. Speaks to us with no manners and gives us a terrible attitude. Never coming back again! My loyalty to Fraser suites for all around the world ends here.

The lobby doesn’t feel like you’d expect a Hyatt to feel, but as soon as you get upstairs to your room you feel right at home, literally seeing as you have a huge couch, kitchen, and comfy bed. The breakfast was as good as I’ve had in China. Nothing special but they had all the selections I would hope for as a foreigner. They also left a sanitation sticker on the crease of the door to show no one had been in the room since it was sanitized which was a nice touch. Two thumbs up!
