My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a Meituan delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃 Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu.

The people of Chengdu are very warm and welcoming. The driver explained everything along the way when we picked them up at the airport. The housekeeper Mia contacted us in advance before we checked in. She also upgraded our room and arranged welcome fruits. The service was really good. When the flowers arrived, they sent them to our room, which was very considerate. If we wanted to eat hot pot, Mia recommended us to ”Wharf Story” to dine and taste authentic hot pot. This is not common in a five-star hotel. It is also very rare in the store, and the quality of dinner in the restaurant is also very average. 8. The air conditioning and floor heating take a very long time to take effect, several hours, which is really incomprehensible. If this is the case, why not turn it on in advance? Advantages: 1. The hotel environment is really good, very suitable for vacation, especially when it is cold, it is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring 2. The bedding is very good and I slept very comfortably 3. The hygiene is not bad, at least I didn’t find any spoilers, and the toiletries are all small bottles that can be taken away 4. The concierge is good when checking out and can help carry the suitcase In short, more than 2,000 yuan can be used to stay in many five-star hotels in Chengdu for two or even three nights, and in Shanghai, you can also stay in first-line brands such as Cultural Oriental and Ritz-Carlton. Since the hotel has marked this price, it must improve its soft and hard power and don’t let the guests feel that it is not worth it, otherwise it will not withstand the long-term market test.
