Manxin Hotels in Chengdu

Absolutely unbelievable service. 100 out of 100. I have been to the most exclusive hotels in the world from Paris to New York to London and Italy, and others and none of them can offer this kind of personal service whilst refusing point blank any tipping. As a foreigner without a word of Chinese i found the service astounding. Nothing, absolutely nothing is too much. They will even pay for your didi fare to facilitate your ride, do your laundry at no extra charge. Show you the best place to eat...i am still shocked. Its a 100 out of 100 for service. Fantastic location. Highly Recommended

The service is very good, the parking is a little far away, and there is a subway at the door, which makes travel a little inconvenient, but the facilities and environment in the hotel are pretty good, and the service is especially good. I strongly recommend the 2-meter bed, which is just right for a family of three. The mattress is also very comfortable, and it is more comfortable than the one at Biaoduo.

On the fourth day of coming to Chengdu, three rooms were set, and hot tea was poured as soon as I entered the door. After asking my friends and the hotel about the situation, I learned that the KTV had moved away, so I decided to book it decisively. The room is larger than other rooms of the same brand, the facilities and equipment are all the latest versions, the decoration style is very warm, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic, always greeting with a smile. There are small gifts for check-out and check-in, and fruits are also prepared. The cost performance is really high~

It's really great. Things that I couldn't eat before can be eaten at the hotel at will. It's great! High cost performance! This restaurant!!! It's really worth it. Many details of it are not available in the hotels I have stayed in: the front desk served everyone delicious tea and free snacks when checking in. The facilities in the room are also very complete, clean and comfortable overall. The hotel front desk has many unexpected things, such as disposable razors, mouthwash, alcohol cotton pads, wet wipes, and even small lipsticks, which are very considerate for girls, sanitary napkins, styling spray, etc. There is also a laundry room and a gym. If you go out to play and tell the front desk, they will help you wash and dry clothes. Whether it is the front desk or the cleaning aunt, they are very nice, beautiful, kind, and there is no sense of distance. There is no noise when sleeping at night, and the surrounding areas are close to eat and play, and it is convenient to take a taxi. Because we are a family trip, the experience is good and must be praised, so I seriously give this store a big praise, wish Chengdu Manxinfu better and better, and choose Manxinfu when you come to Chengdu next time!

This hotel is extremely conveniently located, with restaurants and small supermarkets right across and next to it, and taxis are also easily accessible. Even returning late at night, it remains lively. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Chunxi Road and IFS, surrounded by a variety of hot pot and milk tea options. The atmosphere of the hotel is bright and comfortable, welcoming guests with a large revolving door and delightful fragrances. The front desk staff are polite and enthusiastic, making you feel right at home. Special mention to 小陆and 钱欢欢, as they were the only ones whose name tags I noticed, but all the staff members were exceptionally warm and friendly, providing service akin to a 6-star experience—I just didn't catch everyone's names. I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness in handling Taobao parcels which I ordered and delivered prior to my arrival, and they offer free tea, coffee, cold drinks, toiletry kits, and gifts. The rooms are clean and smoke-free, decorated in a modern and cozy style, with excellent soundproofing and exquisite bathroom facilities. They even have a free laundry room and ironing facilities; just leave your clothes with them before heading out, and they'll wash and return them to your room by evening, making the service very convenient and considerate. The breakfast options are varied, not just Sichuan flavors but also clear soup noodles, dumplings, and more, which was thoughtful given that we're not used to greasy and spicy breakfasts. Overall, my 5-day, 4-night stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. If you're planning a trip to Chengdu, I highly recommend booking this hotel.
