The hotel is very good, with complete facilities and equipment. It is situated within walking distance to IFS. Breakfast selection is good, and they have an egg and noodles station. It will be nice to include more protein selection. The front desk, particularly Ms Liliana was very helpful, professional and enthusiastic when checking in and helping us solve problems and even the food delivery. The hotel has a robot to send us the room cards and food delivery. The housekeepers keeps the room clean and tidy. kudos to the aunty who manage the laundry area, who cleans after each wash!

Excellent service from the reception counter. Because we don't really know how to operate the local app then have to keep bathing the staffs but they are very patience. Like the room setting. It's super clean. And I like the concept of robots going around to deliver things. It made food ordering very easy too. Will come again

One of the wrost for the Foreigner is this hotel staff a bit rude and only a few staff this hotel quite reasonable. The day I checked out, I request hotel to help me for Taxi, staff at reception was can't arrange for me, I was nearly at 25 minutes at hotel. Finally I had requested a guest from hotel, the gentleman was very kind and help me to book taxi, during book a free taxi was passed to hotel, we all call taxi stopped. Otherwise I will missed the My flight. Luckily that Taxi driver too, very kind, understand my situation, he drives first, take me airport on before my check-in times closed. Will never come this hotel. First and last for this kind of staff, un helpful staff at reception. Did really sorry for this hotel. There two to 3 staff are quite ok. But not excellent like Nostalgia Hotel. Compare with Nostalgia hotel, this orange hotel Black in white in customer service. Think about if I delay in reception another 25 minutes I will lost my Flight TKT to Shanghai. So i don't recommend any foreigners stay this hotel.

Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

The location of the hotel is near (walking distance) to the bus station to Jiu Zhai Guo. Unfortunately, the hotel was ongoing renovation during my stay. They has closed the whole ground floor which include the relocation of the entrance of the hotel to a back-lane. I have trying hard to look for the hotel during check-in. There was no breakfast during the renovation period. The hotel only provide a milk, an egg and some breads as breakfast. This was no told during the booking of the hotel.

Since the day of our arrival, the receptionist Liu Hua Yang (刘华阳） at the front desk was very helpful with my check in and very accommodating with our request and even helped us order food from the china’s food ordering platform. It was really kind of her to check if we have eaten as our check in arrival was at the middle of the night. Very polite , mindful customer service young girl, she definitely gave us a a truly amazing and memorable hospitality for our first trip to ChengDu, China. Whenever she’s on her shift, she will always double check if everything was alright with our stay and our day trip. The hotel location is amazing too. Just a stone throw away from most of the tourist attractions, great food stalls and even convenient & drug store. The room is amazing for 3 person with 3 single beds. High recommend this place with the staff so helpful! Thank you Ms. Liu ❤️❤️

I stayed in No. 1 courtyard in the bamboo forest. Because I was with my children, I thought of being equipped with a sand pool and a bubble pool. The children quarreled to play in the water as soon as they entered. The overall feeling of the living room was not bad. The aunt Zhong who received us was very enthusiastic. She took the luggage and took the big bags. She put down her things and prepared afternoon tea. The home-cooked dishes made for dinner were also delicious and generous. After watching the aunt busy, we were very embarrassed. After the meal, I took the children to the backyard to play football. There was a cute puppy who followed us all the way to pick up the ball. I also played for a while. There were more mosquitoes in the forest, and I needed to take anti-mosquito measures. In the evening, barbecue grills and charcoal fire are also provided. The charcoal fire needs to be charged 30/box. I bring my own ingredients and beer. If it is not enough, I can call the store under the mountain to send it over. Adults drink and barbecue outside, and children don't want to sleep in the living room. I like it very much. The only thing I feel is that the facilities in the room are average, the toilet is not very easy to use, there are more mosquitoes, you need to pay attention to whether the doors and windows are closed at any time, we did not have the windows during the day, so that the toilet ran in at night with a lot of bugs. In the morning, Aunt Zhong cooperated with our time to make a hot breakfast. I really had to say that it was great. I kept smiling and asked people what we needed. I think it is very suitable for bringing children to feel it. It is as natural as living in the country. When the children are still reluctant to leave, Aunt Zhong wants to help us with our luggage and was rejected by us. She took mineral water to prepare us on the road. It was a happy stay experience.
