Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

Awesome check-in experience took a total of 5 mins max, with instructions for the stay shared via Wechat. Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Beautiful design, great stay, fuss-free check in and check out. What'@ not to like? Special mention to Nancy Shine Coco.

Seeing this hotel recommended online, I feel very happy to live in. It is very close to the Chunxi Road Subway Station. It is very suitable to live here when you come to Chengdu for fun. It takes only three minutes to walk out. It is very convenient to go anywhere, like Kuanzhai Alley is only three stops away by subway. Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street is very crowded and lively. The beauty Xiao Yang at the front desk recommends a lot of delicious food around. There are hot pot snacks. The room is also very hygienic and clean. The equipment and facilities are still very new, which is okay Foot bath service.

The lobby staff answered questions in detail and were very enthusiastic. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is on Chunxi Road, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are food and shopping everywhere downstairs. Drinking coffee, milk tea, and going to teahouses are all within 200 meters. This should be the best choice to experience the prosperity of Chengdu. I forgot to take pictures, and I will make up for it next time.

The hotel is very nice! It's clean and hygienic. I booked a twin room. The price/performance ratio is super high. The front desk service is very warm and considerate. The room is very comfortable. It's quiet at night and not noisy at all. The hotel is on the 28th floor and the view is very good. The hotel is downstairs. It is right next to the Chunxi Road subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is just a 2-minute walk from IFS Taikoo Li downstairs. The price should be very cost-effective in this business district. If you want value for money, I highly recommend it!

The room was very clean, especially the bedding and towels. The kettle was spotless and the room and bathroom ceiling air filters were really clean with no dust which was impressive and reassuring for me. The staff at the lobby reception was always really helpful and helped me each day with my many queries. A small suggestion - to have a clothes hook behind the bathroom door. I don't mind that the hotel is old since the furniture is obviously good quality, not like the cheap laminated stuff you see nowadays I would stay here again!

I am willing to spend this time this time because this apartment hotel is really great! If you come to Chengdu to play, especially the size of the family is perfect! First of all, the location is next to Taikoo Li, the subway is covered, the downstairs is lively, the upstairs is quiet and comfortable, and the large floor-to-ceiling glass is a perspective of the bustling Taikoo Li. This suite is fully open, modern and well decorated, the space is very open, two big beds, our family of four lived very comfortable, there are two bathrooms, laundry dryer (even laundry detergent is equipped) sofa, bar, kitchenette are all available, Buying fruit food back is as convenient as at home! The indoor air conditioning is very warm, the air conditioning can adjust the temperature at will. I also want to especially like the housekeeper Xiao Lu. From the beginning of check-in, it is a warm reception. Basically, I am responsive. I need something to be delivered immediately at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I really feel at home! Because a hotel falls in love with a place may be this feeling 😊 Our family said that they will come to Chengdu again and must stay at this hotel!
