The tables in the room are all curved design without right angles, which is safe and considerate. The only drawback is that the water temperature in the shower is not hot enough and the hot water is not delivered fast enough. The small shower head is a bit useless. It is so small and the hose hangs. The stability is a bit flawed when on the wall. The restaurant environment and service are both good, and the dishes are rich in variety, fresh and delicious. I especially like to eat the freshly cooked rice noodles in the Ming stall area, the taste is really amazing.

I came to travel with my family and saw many hotels on the Internet. I finally chose Ruiting Xi'an Hotel. It is indeed a brand hotel. The service is very good. I called in advance to ask if there are special requirements. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the concierge took the initiative to come over and take the luggage. The front desk Xiaocheng service is very warm and thoughtful, free upgraded the room, see that we brought the children and prepared toiletries and small gifts, the room is very clean, the facilities are well-equipped, the toiletries are all available, the breakfast is rich, the western restaurant environment is elegant, The service staff were very professional and welcoming and had a very pleasant day here

第二次訂這一家，兩次都是到的比較晚，又想選一家離成都東站比較近一點的酒店，電梯需要刷卡才能上樓，這一點讓人比較安心，整體環境很舒服，設施設備都還不錯，還有一個小的化粧鏡，非常貼心，前台服務態度很好，白天在大廳會給茶水，晚上説還是倒白水給我們，怕咖啡和茶喝了睡不着，到東站就十幾分鐘的時間，總體住着很舒服。

So happy with my one week stay in Dorsett Grand Chengdu!! Had a great service from 小余 Eva during check-in & she was so nice to upgrade me to a Suite!! Love the clean & spacious space… Furnitures & interior were well maintained. Housekeeping sisters are really nice people too, they always gave me things that I need quickly whenever I ask. I must also highlight about the security level at night in the hotel made me feel safe at all times, which are many male staffs looking after at ground floor… Every staffs had made this hotel a great place to stay, well done!! :D

The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. Great location, the hotel and the rooms are quite old, but thats okay because the price is also lower. Room is okay. Bed is kinda hard. Staff tried their best to communicate in English.
