Every afternoon we enjoyed delicious tea and snacks, and honestly… we loved them so much that it became a highlight of our day. • Late Checkout Like a Dream ⏰💤 — They surprised us with a very nice late checkout, which meant more time to relax and enjoy our trip without rushing. The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely beyond expectations. This wasn’t just a stay — it was pure panda-city magic. Highly recommend this hotel if you want comfort, great perks, and that extra touch of kindness that makes travel amazing! 🌏❤️

Simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, our host XiaoXia made us feel so warm and welcome. She greeted us personally in the lobby and even went above and beyond to help us with an event we needed assistance with — we really appreciated her kindness and initiative. The room was super cozy and even came with a projector, which let us enjoy both Chinese and Western movies from the comfort of our bed. As lazy travellers, we actually found ourselves enjoying quiet nights in more than exploring — and this setup made it perfect. Another great plus: the room had a washing machine! It made doing laundry really easy and convenient, especially during a longer stay. Location-wise, the hotel is right in the heart of Chengdu — just a short walk to IFS Mall, Taikoo Li, and many other fun spots. We loved how accessible everything was. Lastly, the refund for our deposit was processed in less than six hours after check-out. Super efficient and hassle-free. All in all, a fantastic stay with thoughtful touches and great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu!

The hotel is absolutely superb! This visit was with my children. Nestled within the historic Qintai Ancient Path, its traditional Chinese decor seamlessly blends with the prime location. The facilities are comprehensive and spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. I've visited Chengdu countless times, but this was my first stay at Wanjun Tower, and it absolutely exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend experiencing it! Interestingly, the hotel attracts many foreign visitors (😉). I won't say too much, as I don't want to spoil all the mystery! Do come and experience it for yourselves when you get the chance! Oh, and a quick note: the hotel's Sichuan cuisine is incredibly authentic and will surely satisfy most palates. The pricing is quite reasonable too, far superior to those overpriced, influencer-hyped establishments outside. That's all I'll say for now, as there are actually many more highlights. Regrettably, I didn't have time to experience all of the hotel's services, so you'll just have to discover them for yourselves! Location was very good, 5 minutes to Peoples Park and subway station. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room we booked was not available, when we arrived so we got a different room the first night. On the second day we got the room we booked but it was a smoking room and smelled of cicarettes. The same non-smoking room was not available so we had to change to a smaller room for the rest of our stay. The refund of the price difference was not possible but they offered us free breakfast on one morning.

The hotel is located in the city center (just 10 mins walk to subway station, Fuqin station Line 5) making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and other activities. 2.The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, well-equipped, and the bedding is clean & comfortable. 3. Warm hospitality of the every staff members we encountered (at the reception, housekeeping and kitchen). The service is particularly thoughtful, we got our room upgraded to spacious one on arrival. Hotel provides delicious breakfast, unlimited drinking water/green tea/oblong tea and free laundry self service. We had an amazing stay and will definitely recommend this hotel whoever plans to visit beautiful chengdu city 😊.

The room was spotless, featuring charming vintage and nostalgic furniture that truly reflected the owner's impeccable taste. The hotel is ideally located in Baojia Alley, directly opposite Kuanzhai Ancient Street, and just an 8-minute walk from Metro Line 2. The staff were incredibly kind and pleasant, always greeting guests with a warm smile, making us feel completely at home and genuinely cared for. There's a convenient pharmacy downstairs, and the highly-rated, long-standing Guanyinqiao Hot Pot restaurant nearby serves delicious food. Breakfast was a generous buffet, and the bamboo shoot beef noodles were particularly delicious. In the hotel lobby, complimentary drinks such as coffee, sour plum juice, and mini puddings are available throughout the day. In the evenings, complimentary late-night snacks like white fungus soup, preserved egg and lean pork congee, and mung bean soup are offered. The weather in Chengdu is wonderfully pleasant and refreshing; it even helped clear up my headache after a good sweat! If I get the chance to visit Chengdu again for a vacation, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I recently spent four nights at Louise Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The service stood out from the very beginning; staff members were consistently helpful, accommodating, friendly, and polite, which created a welcoming and stress-free atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. My room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. One of the highlights was having my own private pool, which added a luxurious and relaxing touch to the stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for restful nights, and the amenities provided were of great quality. While the overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The location is not as central as I would have preferred, meaning I had to travel a bit to reach restaurants and shopping areas. In addition, breakfast was not included, so I was unable to enjoy it at the hotel and had to rely on takeout. Despite these small issues, Louise Hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers remarkable service, affordable rates, and modern, comfortable rooms that make it an outstanding choice for travelers. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cost-effective yet memorable hotel experience.

Great service with excellent location - walking distance to Kuanzhai alley, as well as under 5 minutes to the metro/subway line which was a huge plus, the line will take you to other main shopping/walking areas and the people's park (also walkable, about 25 minutes). The hotel was unique with ******* style, and the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for our needs, overall a good value. Quaint and enjoyable stay. Rooms were adequate for the price and daily housekeeping is offered.

We had a lovely family suite with a king size bed in the main space and a double bed in a separate room. The small outside space that faced over the alley was a wee bit run down and could do with a facelift, but otherwise we cannot fault the room and its beautiful artwork. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant under the hotel and enjoyed wandering the alleys and further afield.

This is definitely one of the best hotel i have stayed at. The hotel is located infront of a main street and the metro is just a short walk across it. I stayed here for 6 nights so upon arrival at the hotel at almost 2.30am, check in was quick and i got offered a free room upgrade with welcome card and gift!! The housekeeping ladies were so cute and friendly, they responded to our requests with so much enthusiasm and smiles.. The hotel also offers free laundry so just need to bring to reception your dirty laundry in the wicker baskets provided in the room and it will be ready for collection later ironed and folded!! There is also a local convenient store beside the hotel to purchase your amenities and snacks if needed. All in all i was very happy and impressed with my stay with Orange Fruit Hotel and will definitely book again if visiting Chengdu.
