Best hotel in Chengdu we absolutely loved it!!! Also the staff is very kind, they offered us fruits! The room was amazing in chinese style. The tea in the room is good. All the amenities are good, good hairdryer too 😆 they even offer night porridge 😆 Position is excellent. I didn't expect this quality before coming!

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and very friendly personnel. Conveniently located within walking distance of several attractions and subway stations. Very quiet. Try to get a room with window. The room was comfortable and spacious. In the evenings we could hear soembody playing traditional Chinese music as the street below is full of musical instrument shops. If we come back to Chengdu we will definetly try to stay here again.

Originally, I found a place to open black with friends temporarily. I didn't expect the environment and facilities of this e-sports hotel to directly exceed expectations. After staying, I decisively joined the collection. I will open black here in the future! The environment is clean and surprising, and there is no clutter in the traditional e-sports space. The room was spotless, the desktop and keyboard gaps could not see half a little dust, and the headset also had a refreshing feeling after disinfection, so I felt particularly relieved to use it. The ventilation is superb, there is no stuffy smell of heat dissipation, even the bedding is neatly laid, lying down is full of soft feeling of sunlight, and you can sleep in seconds when you are tired. The overall color is low-saturated technology wind, the lights are not dazzling, the atmosphere is full when it is dark, and it is very warm when resting.

It's a lovely hotel and the building is definitely worth a visit. There were some beautiful restaurants and cafes but we didn't have a chance to visit this time. Rooms: lovely ans spacious, except the toilet roll holders in the bathrooms are poorly designed with rolls continuously falling out on _every_ use. This has been referred to the hotel and they said they would be addressing it a.s.a.p. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms roomy and well appointed. The staff we've come across were just delightful. Buffet breakfast: lots of choices here both eastern and western style with allergens clearly labelled. Seating is lovely and tea and coffee is included, number not limited. The global centre access is direct and very easy but while the hotel has western bathroom facilities, the centre clearly did not. All the ones we've been to had either only one western style stall available, it is there but locked (without anyone in it).

The best location. Short walk to MET station. Connected to Big Raffles City Shopping Mall. They have all the good food and super markets. We did our last minutes souvenir at the super markets. A very delicious bakery store just next to the hotel lobby. Free water bottle. It serves to the room by a robot. The kids loved it. Rooms are clean. Breakfast are good with lots of choices. Breakfast on a high level with good view. Will definitely stay here when I return to Chengdu again.

This time, I chose the Somerset Riverview Chengdu, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can see the river right from your window, and watching the night view with a breeze in the evening is incredibly therapeutic. What I want to praise the most is the front desk staff, who were exceptionally patient, from check-in to handling daily requests.

A triple room with a self-service washing machine and dryer was my top priority when booking. **Pros:** 1. The staff were very service-minded, relatively young, and enthusiastic. 2. The complimentary buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. I was particularly impressed to see a hotel with two coffee machines, which was a great touch. 3. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. 4. Having a washing machine and dryer available was a lifesaver for our laundry needs. 5. The gym was well-equipped, featuring air conditioning, fresh towels, and complimentary bottled mineral water. **Cons:** 1. Some of the hotel's facilities felt a bit dated, but they were all perfectly functional. Whenever we reported an issue to the front desk, an engineer was dispatched promptly to resolve it, so our overall experience remained positive. 2. The washing machine and dryer are separate units, with typical cycles taking 25 and 45 minutes respectively. This means it can be inconvenient if you finish washing but then have to wait for a dryer to become available. It's not as advanced as some high-tech domestic chains that offer integrated washer-dryers and even allow guests to check their availability from their rooms. 3. The hotel is quite a distance from the subway station, and to make matters worse, the nearest subway entrance is currently under construction. **Summary:** Although the hotel is named 'Du Fu Thatched Cottage Branch,' it's actually over 5 kilometers away and requires a taxi to reach. However, if your itinerary is focused on the northwest part of the city, this hotel could be a suitable option, and getting a taxi from the entrance is very convenient.

Really great place, definitely would have stayed longer. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless cleaned, big and spacious and got everything you need. The breakfast is great, lots and lots of food options and also changes everyday. The staff was very kind and helpful, we mentioned that the wifi was slow and we needed it for work and the lady at the reception took our IP address and did something to make it faster. The location is very good, even though is not right in the tourist center of things, there's a mall right in front were you can find lots of shops and food options, and also the metro station. If you walk 10 minutes from the hotel there's a nice pedestrian street worth visiting. Overall our stay was fantastic and made our trip to Chengdu.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a ******* delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃 Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu.
