Chengdu Jinniu District Hotels

This hotel is a single-family house with new decoration. The facilities and equipment are very complete. The equipment inside is all branded. The TV is from Xiaomi and the hair dryer is also from Xiaomi. They are very easy to use. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on. I am very satisfied with my stay. I recommend everyone to stay here.

An absolutely fantastic stay and incredible value for money! We received a complimentary upgrade to the largest room on our floor. It was incredibly spacious, fully equipped, and featured smart technology throughout! They truly thought of everything, providing a fridge, tea, coffee, and even complimentary Sprite in the mini-fridge. The shower had wonderfully hot water, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful and quiet stay. The breakfast selection was extensive, and I highly recommend the freshly prepared rice noodles 🍜 – absolutely delicious! 😋 Breakfast runs from 6 AM to 12 PM, which is a dream for late risers! I didn't even go down until 10:30 AM, and even at 11:30 AM (my check-out time), there were still plenty of people enjoying their meal. 🤭 There's also a rooftop garden on the 8th floor. I didn't get a chance to try the hot spring, so I'm not sure if it's available. They have a parking lot on B1, but make sure to arrive early! We got there at noon and snagged the very last spot – talk about a close call! 😨

Location was great, very close to the Hongxing metro stn and a mall with Chagee and a bakery, quite central location as well. Cleanliness is good too, for both rooms and the toilet (only 1 toilet btw), during booking can request for cigarette smell treatment if you don’t smoke, however furniture have some slight cigarette damages. Service was average, they will send text message via wechat to ask if you need room cleaning services every day (won’t clean by default in case customer need privacy). The room on upper floor is stuffy especially in summer, but they do not have fan (even on request) so - points for that. They also do not have iron and ironing board. Also, even when we booked a 4 pax room, only 2 towels, water bottles and slippers etc. were provided, and we have to request up to 4 each day before they provide. The biggest - point will be the power cut-off system, where once the big door is closed, you need to press a button to keep the power on, meaning power is all cut if no one is in the apartment. While it is understandable for power saving, this system cuts power to everything, including the fridge, hence we cannot keep any food or drink over the daytime as it will spoil :(

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there's a play area in the lobby where kids can draw. The hotel offers parking and is very close to the Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It's also near a subway station, making it convenient to take the metro directly to popular spots like People's Park, Chunxi Road, Jinli, and Du Fu's Thatched Cottage. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are impeccably clean. We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, incredibly close to the subway exit, with Kuanzhai Alley just three stops away. Our family found the room to be very clean and incredibly comfortable during our stay. The toiletries provided were also a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend with a five-star rating!

Environment: Located in a courtyard, the environment is very good, and the overall decoration style is Chinese, with a Zen and antique feel. It also has its own teahouse and an aerial garden upstairs, which is very relaxing. Service: The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and very efficient in helping to deliver things. There is also free Hanfu experience, which is a surprise. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with amenities and there is also a gym available. Hygiene: The bed sheets and quilt covers were very clean, and I was fine even though I have allergies. I have lived here for several days and the auntie comes to clean on time every day.

The hotel has a great overall environment, good indoor facilities, and a small courtyard for relaxation, perfectly capturing the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of Chengdu.

We had a great time staying at the hotel, the courtyard was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. Our high-speed rail was booked for 3pm, they let us check out after 2pm, which gave us the morning to roam and enjoy Chengdu a bit more. Breakfast was also delicious! There is a washing machine, but it's quite small, we overestimated how much clothes it can hold, would recommend doing smaller batches so items can dry properly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience =)

The hotel is located in the city center between the second and third ring roads of Chengdu. I prefer the mature urban interface of the main urban area. You can see the subway station from the hotel, which is just a few minutes' walk away. There is Longhu Tianjie at the subway entrance. This is the interface of the old city with both the fireworks and the modern urban style. There are many hotels here, most of which are high-rise apartments. This new single-family house is quite rare. I heard from the front desk that it is directly operated and not a chain franchise. The service feedback and response are very flexible and timely. The restaurant and room are also really clean.
