Great hotel. Great airport free shuttle with a nice and friendly driver. The room is stylish, good shower and nice chairs in the room. The reception is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic! We checked in early and the front desk intern called ahead to make sure our room was ready. The room was also very quiet. Give that intern a raise, she was so sweet and helpful! The room had a slight damp smell because the carpet had just been cleaned, but when we called, they immediately sent an attendant to check it out. Seeing there were three of us, she proactively brought extra slippers, toothbrushes, and towels. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was as good as ever, but I'm not sure why the mini-fridges in the rooms no longer have drinks. I heard from an attendant that only suites have them now. Every staff member was incredibly polite, always offering to help with our luggage and greeting us with a smile. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for your excellent service!

The service was first-rate. After receiving our reservation, the hotel manager, Tan Mengzhu, proactively called to inquire about our itinerary and arranged a shuttle bus. After learning that we had a child, he upgraded us to a parent-child room free of charge and was so thoughtful that he prepared a box of toys for the boy in the room in advance. The room was clean with no unsanitary dead corners, and each corner of a hard object was equipped with a child's collision protection cover. The mattress was just the right firmness, the pure cotton bedding was comfortable and breathable, and the pillow core was clean and fresh, without any greasy smell. The shuttle bus drivers, Master Li and Master Zhao, were on time, drove steadily and politely, helped with the luggage, and Master Li even helped look after the child during the check-in procedures. The hotel restaurant was also delicious, and the prices were comparable to those of other restaurants. It was a great experience and I will stay here again next time.

For a price of around 300, it's really good value for money. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, especially the towel rack in the bathroom, which is better than many hotels. I didn't find anything unsatisfactory about the cleanliness. The breakfast was also quite varied. Being close to the airport, there's definitely aircraft noise, and rooms facing the airport highway will have traffic noise.

The hotel is newly renovated, clean and hygienic. The bed is very comfortable and big. It is no less than staying in a four-star hotel. It is close to the airport. It also has shuttle service and wakes you up in the morning. It is completely beyond expectations. For someone who travels all year round , the price-performance ratio is too high, it is worth recommending! Whether you are traveling, on a business trip, or visiting friends, it is very suitable! Highly recommend you to stay at this hotel!

Having stayed here before, I can confirm it's still a highly recommended hotel. The hotel's design and facilities are very well-thought-out and excellently maintained. The electric blackout curtains provide excellent light blocking and operate smoothly and quietly, reflecting their high quality. Amenities include a smart bidet toilet and a practical shelf above the bathtub. A bedside tablet allows for complete room control, managing air conditioning, lighting, and even the privacy glass. A notable improvement since my last stay two years ago is the introduction of a food delivery robot, capable of bringing items directly from the lobby to your room. Even when busy, the concierge staff still goes the extra mile to deliver items if the robot is occupied. The hotel's personal butler proactively connected with us on WeChat beforehand, attentive to our daily needs throughout our stay, and even presented a small gift to our child upon departure. Our stay included a daily replenished complimentary minibar and a one-time afternoon tea at the lobby bar, which offered a delightful ambiance. However, there are some minor drawbacks. While its location above a large shopping mall offers convenient access to shopping and dining, it's quite a distance from the city center. The nearest subway station is a ten-minute walk away, and popular spots like Chunxi Road and People's Park are a 40-50 minute journey.

The hotel was comfortable and close to the airport with complementary shuttle bus every 30min to the airport. A night snack was provided which was a good treat considering we arrived at the hotel quite late. The room had good sound proofing and all the necessary amenities for the stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of food and quality was very good. Will book again.

I specifically booked this hotel for its convenient location near the airport, and the free shuttle service was a huge plus. The hotel itself has a grand, elegant design. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the dishes ordered from the restaurant menu were also excellent. The guest rooms were well-laid out, and all the bathroom fixtures were from reputable brands. Even though it's at the airport, it wasn't noisy at all.

The hotel is fabulous. It's modern, it's clean, and the staff is exceptional (especially Ms. Ma, who speaks great English and went out of her way to help with anything I needed). The pool is really nice and the gym is adequate for a hotel workout. The breakfast buffet is decent as well. It's right outside the metro stop so it's easy to get around, but I didn't feel like the area it's in is particularly interesting in terms of things to walk to. There is an old mall across the street, but it's nothing special. If you need to be in this part of Tianfu Road, then I highly recommend this hotel.
