這個酒店以後我不會在選擇了，首先酒店一個勁打電話騷擾我，讓我加微信，我都説我在開會，一天打了三個電話，最後問我房間訴求，我説要一個安靜點的房間就行，但是實際入住的房間，樓下就是馬路，根本不安靜，我就不清楚你們一直打電話的意義是什麼？另外酒店的前台是新手嘛？辦理入住，辦理了20多分鐘，一會稍等一下，一會抱歉的，都五點了客房還沒打掃出來，感覺很不專業，還找別人過來操作半天，才弄好入住，攜程上還寫的四星酒店，根本沒有一點專業的感覺，特別失望的一次體驗，還有我住的房間，這個房間是打掃過得嗎？我真的不理解馬桶怎麼這麼臟的，開關壞的，燒水壺裡面有黃色液體，看看這個淋浴噴頭，惡不噁心？送我的蘋果居然有白色的黴菌？枕頭上有血跡，被單也很大一塊污跡，連浴袍都有毛髮。雖然我有點潔癖，但是這樣的情況，不是我潔癖不潔癖的事，基本的乾淨整齊，應該是不過分吧。下次不會再來這家酒店入住，差評！！

13年就開始住的地方，有時候甚至出發前看到沒有房間就會擇日再去成都，很是喜歡你們酒店。但是，酒店越來越老牌了，設施也越來越久了，服務也越來越差了，特別是前台。當然你們對我們顧客的評價也會是置之不理。

房間特別不隔音，隔壁聲音很清楚，樓下燒烤宵夜店生意火爆，食客通宵喧嘩，與城管的大喇叭聲此起彼伏，建議不論到店多晚，一定認真檢查床上用品，水壓低，出水量少，水温忽冷忽熱。是老酒店，難免沒有漏水等設施問題，酒店地理位置不錯，建議謹慎預訂入住。

五一帶着孩子來成都遊玩，選了好久選到這家酒店，去哪裡都還蠻方便的，旁邊也有幾家火鍋店，都有按預訂時備註的要求哦：要安靜，備小童洗漱用品。房間整體不錯呢，還有歡迎果盤，還貼心的備有小地圖（很可愛）。
整體還不錯哦，值班經理會提前打電話確定需求，前台的小哥哥小姐姐也都很好。

酒店整體設施完備，周邊吃喝一條街各種美食，距離地鐵站有五百米，酒店門口就有各類共享單車，如果年輕人騎個共享單車就提高了出行舒適度。距離東門碼頭，熊貓塔可以步行溜達走到，在房間就可以看到熊貓塔。酒店總體服務不錯。
