Hotel wasn’t the most ideally located for those wishing to do things in the evening, it would have been a short taxi journey but this would be very low cost, however did have a small convenience store, McDonald’s and a few other food choices just outside the hotel.. The room was very spacious, modern and high tech. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us. We stayed here to visit Chengdu Panda centre with was around 25 minutes in a taxi, but again very low cost.

The hotel is new and nice . The bed is very comfortable. Our stay was short but I want to say special thanks to receptionist Xiang Jinfeng and receptionist Pan Jiayu for answering all our questions about trip to Panda base. They were very helpful.

Pleasant hotel and staff. Breakfast options pretty good except for no cold orange juice or soft drink options. Nice room, good layout and great amenities. Got my free gift upon arrival as C-Trip Platinum member.

Good locations, clean, good technology in the room except the toilet light sometimes censor not detected and the lights went off. Overall a good new experience.
For room services. They do use the robot for delivery items like water and towek etc.
The place is near to two attractions , panda centre and man hua garden

離熊貓基地很近，很方便！非常推薦大家住這邊！
酒店設施新，房間寬敞，床品和床墊也都舒服，睡了美美的一覺，緩解了前一天黃龍的疲勞！
酒店裡無論前台、餐廳還是客房服務人員，態度都特別好，親切熱情！
最後説一下，早餐豐富！很可口！

房間裝修蠻合理的，寶貝很喜歡這個酒店，熊貓基地去玩一會會就要回酒店房間玩，天氣炎熱還是在酒店裡窩着舒服，每一個工作人員都很熱情、耐心、專業和負責，值得推薦哦。

帶孩子來看熊貓，在附近找了民宿住太差了。第二天找了半天抱着試試的態度選了這家酒店，結果沒讓我們失望，孩子和老婆都喜歡，乾淨衞生，房間全是智能化設備，前台服務很好很熱情，小姐姐看了有小孩，還專門免費給我們做了房間升級。特別感謝！

服務：夜半前台有點隨意，同行人請前台多提供一張房卡，到前台取時一個在睡覺一個在敷面膜，觀感稍微有些不好，但房卡是有拿到的，退房時的早班前台服務很好很親切。
設施：公設有提供電子洗衣機、烘衣機、熨燙機，可以在手機上觀看時間到了沒有，不過洗衣精是有限的，不知道多久會補一次，對於旅客來說算是很貼心的設施了。
房間內有智能面板，只要說你好小為就可以呼叫下達指令，高樓層的風景很好，邊間是有兩面玻璃窗可以觀景的，獨立的洗手台很大還有美妝鏡跟燈，唯一小缺點就是乾濕分離的廁所，通風系統做的比較不好，如廁後要過一段時間才比較不會有味道。
餐點：早餐豐盛種類多，還有四川特色兔丁，愛兔人士接受不能，但想體驗特色還是可以嘗試一下，美味程度算是中上。
飯店當時有提供熊貓玩偶、夾式熊貓、熊貓頭飾三合一禮盒，只要是有攜帶兒童都會送一份，五星評論也有，剛好當天去成都熊貓基地用上了，留下了很美好的回憶٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و
