老闆很熱心 自己的多餘房子做民宿 樓下接 到房間再交待注意事項 不錯，住這裏無非圖個坐方便 也就是一夜 湊合湊合吧

就是小區內的住家改的，幾室幾廳改的，很晚到的，找不到路可以打電話給老闆，老闆會指路，然後在小區門口接，還會錄入人臉，安全性還是很不錯的，衹是條件也就那樣，就是為了趕車住一晚上，是非常有性價比的。洗澡水很熱火的哦，水量也很大，空調很老舊，噪音太大，開了一會太吵了就沒開了。這個小區裏面很多住家都改成了對外住宿的，形成了一個氣候的。

酒店離成都東站非常近，也就200米的距離，性價比非常高，酒店周圍商店便利店很多，距離非常近，去東站早晨路邊有早餐。

房間是正常小區居民樓住户改造的，賓館位置離東站特別近，去東站方便，房間乾淨整潔，老闆禮貌熱情，整體來講還算可以。
