This hotel was disgusting.
Firstly, the hotel i had booked was Airport Regalia hotel, but the actual hotel named as Royal court hotel and we thought we arrived at wrong hotel.
Then went to reception and asked, they speak in chinese and acted like we came to wrong hotel.
We waited 20 mins outside and sorted out that we arrived to the hotel we booked. Then they asked the passports…
Secondly reception staff was horrible to communicate, very rude, no english, unkind.
Room felt like we stay outside very cold, diry and old.
We booked bcz we had a transfer flight in the morning.
But we regretted.
So disgusting 🤔🤔🤔

We arrived in the early morning. Firstly, the address was incorrect and not found online. We had to ask at several hotels in the area before finally reaching this one. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes. When the person arrived, they attended to us in a rude manner. The reception area was extremely dirty, and the room was equally filthy. It did not match the photos at all when we made the reservation. We overlooked this as it was early morning, but there was also no Wi-Fi password available. upon returning, the receptionist was very rude when we asked for help with the Wi-Fi , as there was none available. We have tried to be understanding, but the situation is getting out of hand due to the poor treatment from the staff and the condition of the room. We had to sleep with our jackets on the pillows because they smelled terribly, as did the bed linens and towels.
