I had a delightful stay at the Vienna Hotel (East Railway Station & Sichuan Normal University Branch). From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was very kind and accommodating. He upgraded my room and offered a late check-in facility, which was incredibly convenient.
The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast and a beautiful little gift upon arrival, making our stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, contributing to a wonderful experience overall.

The room was OK, free parking. It's a very tall office building, but there is no mobile phone signal under the garage, and it was lost as soon as I entered. I didn't enjoy the special services.

I live nearby and pass by here often. It is definitely a landmark hotel in the business district. My friends were very satisfied after staying here. The hotel has rich breakfast, convenient location, clean rooms, warm service, complete facilities, and the view from the high floors is very wide and the night view is beautiful.

Overall it's pretty good. I've stayed here a few times. But this time when I opened the room and took a bottle of water to drink, I found that it had been opened and drunk by someone else. Although the front desk brought a few more bottles of water, this kind of drink should be more rigorous. Everything else is pretty good. There is also a parking space and the service attitude is very good.
