酒店位置離地鐵口很近很方便，樓下附近有超市有飯店，出行吃飯都很好！衞生條件一般，屋內有下水道異味希望有所改善

總體很滿意，房間乾淨整潔舒適，設施齊全，服務周到，辦理入住快捷。距離地鐵站大約400米，市內騎共享單車也很方便。房間佈局獨特，衞生間在最裡麪穿過廚房。

實話説，真的是希望太大失望太大，除了衞浴還過得去，其他設施真的太舊了，床墊感覺像硬紙板，牀頭櫃是壞的，電視很小那種。斯維登這個公司擴張也要有底線吧，不能給錢就可以打招牌，否則起早和途家一樣。

非常一般的民宿。用單身公寓居民樓改的，人雜，隔音效果也不好，甚至能聽到對面房間裏小情侶在説話。
衞生不太行，櫃子一層灰，衞生間有味道。
床是硬板床和塑料質感的薄被，睡着不舒服。

設施：設施比較齊全，灶、冰箱、洗衣機都有，但也都沒有用，不確定衞生情況；兩張大床有一張床墊有問題，塌陷的厲害；
衞生：床鋪感覺不太乾淨，還好自己帶了床單；毛巾、浴巾也都沒有用，看起來也不太乾淨，都是自己帶的一次性的；
環境：酒店離地鐵站很近，走路5分鐘，離高鐵站打車起步價差不多，很近，酒店離萬象城走路大概15-20分鐘，路上有像夜市一樣吃飯的地方，總體算是比較方便的；
服務：前台小姐姐比較親和，房間每天都有打掃，沒有什麼其他服務了。
十一期間價格上漲了不少，相對其他酒店價格算是便宜，但相比整體入住體驗，比較一般。
