Fantastic stay, the staff were so helpful! The hotel is right outside a beautiful street with lovely small shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes away from the IFS mall and central area. Highly recommend!

The location was quite good because there is a night market along the river just behind the hotel. It gave me a cozy, unique, and cool vibe. Even though the staff is not good at English, they had a quick check-in process and were friendly. The amenities are okay—nothing special, all just okay. I will come back again.

First day at the hotel we found cockroach in the room, the front desk promise to have full cleaning service and fruits to compensate, the fruits never came and after the room cleaning service my Apple AirPods was lost, my findmyiphone app was on and the last seen place was the hotel, yet the hotel choose not to act anything on it that earpiece was 200usd itself. The lock, shower head was spoil, couldn’t lock and produce very loud weird noise when the water is on.
Highly not recommend for anyone to stay here.

The river walk next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise, then being in such great proximity to the financial district opened the opportunity for lots of amazing restaurants and shopping.

We were happy with the stay. The unit is kind of smart home and kids enjoy it a lot.
The afternoon tea snacks and breakfast are nice with variety of local food.
Will plan to stay longer if we go back.

Location is great, a short walk to Taikoo Li. Room is ok. Generally clean. Laundry is great and can be better if there are more machines 😁. Breakfast is ok.

the bedsheets and pillow are very comfortable. this is my 2nd time staying is atour hotel. will definitely recommend and come back again.
