Back again with the bicycle because it's such a great place to stay. Room is fantastic overlooking the lake; breakfast is always delicious with a wonderful choice and the entrance cafe and noodle bar have a great variety at a great price. Just a shame the Sheraton chain seems to have stopped its evening buffet dinner. The surrounding parks have been extended and make for a pleasurable walk and there's also now a lakeside cafe and evening fountain show. There's endless cycling from the hotel along greenways, by the river and quiet country roads. The swimming pool is probably one of the best in Chengdu for laps. Come back again soon.

Wonderful place , elegant, classy, comfy room with nice lake view, well equipped with all comforts. Restaurants provide plenty of choices for breakfast or lunch/dinner. The gym and swimming pool is just what you need to end your working day in a relaxing way. Only downside is the lack of English in some of the stuff, but the attitude is always helpful. Really enjoined my staying

One of the best hotels I have stayed in China. Just clean and new, big rooms. For my business I was onky 5 minutes away from manufacturer.... but if you want to be in Chengdu city.... that is 1 hour away.
Also decide what airport you shoild catch a plane into.

The hotel overall was good, however i was disappointed because i felt being conned by Trip App, where i had to pay rmb1000 at the counter for the room rate, i have initially paid rmb620 online aa advertised on Trip. I was only told at the counter that the amount paid online was then security booking instead of the actual room rate. I had totally no idea and it was not mentioned on the website advert; i've booked hotel many times across china through TRIP but this was the first time i came across this. I felt being conned big time and i want to write this review to make sure others consumers did not fall into this TRAP!!

Because we planned to visit the Science Fiction Museum the next day, we chose Sheraton. The facilities are newer and more complete, with a swimming pool and a 24-hour gym. The food is cost-effective and tastes good. It is a good choice for bringing children. Xiao Cui, a hotel staff, added WeChat in advance, arranged a high floor, and gave away a red panda doll and a hotel-customized pen. The children liked it very much. The complimentary fruit was also good. I will choose again

I stayed at the Sheraton when I came to Chengdu. The overall service was very good and the environment was also very nice. Xiaoou took the initiative to contact us and helped us upgrade the room type. The breakfast was very rich. I will come again next time!
