Front desk service is often crucial for first impressions. I added front desk receptionist Kevin Zhou on WeChat on my third stay, and his service was exemplary. Kevin Zhou was not only extremely efficient, processing my reservation quickly and accurately, resulting in a seamless 30-second check-in. Even more remarkable was his attentiveness and proactive approach. He noted my IHG membership and ensured I received all the benefits I enjoy as a member. Throughout the entire communication process, he was professional and approachable, answering questions clearly and concisely, making me feel reassured and reliable. His efficiency and attentiveness transformed the tedious check-in and check-out procedures into a smooth and enjoyable experience. This warm and heartfelt service is particularly memorable. 3⃣️ Wake up with energy and start the day with a hearty breakfast A quality breakfast is crucial, and Jinniu Yiheng's breakfast, under the "Yiheng" brand, perfectly embodies the balance of "hearty" and "healthy." The restaurant's bright, spacious, and vibrant environment is vibrant. The dining table is clearly laid out, offering a wide variety of choices: A fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, with a wide selection of options: from the piping hot, freshly cooked noodle station (don't miss authentic Sichuan specialties like knife-cut noodles and wontons), freshly baked buns and congee, to standard Western cold cuts, breads, salads, and cereals. Healthy Choices, Presented with Care: Embodying a healthy philosophy, the restaurant offers a rich selection of seasonal fruits, a fresh vegetable salad bar, and a wide selection of healthy grains, nuts, and yogurt. The self-service fresh squeezer (load the sliced ​​cucumbers 🥒, watermelons 🍉, dragon fruit, tomatoes 🍅, etc.) is especially worth mentioning for a daily dose of vitamin C. I highly recommend making your own pitaya yogurt by pouring the yogurt over your squeezed pitaya. During my stay, a card on the washbasin clearly outlined the amenities available, including foot bath bags, a foot bath bucket, mouthwash (in bags), hair rollers, and even sanitary napkins for women. It's truly incredible! Only Chengdu Jinniu Yiheng can deliver. I had never seen this card before during my three previous stays, so I called the front desk. This time, I saw it and was told they had sold out of the foot bath buckets on every floor. I was so disappointed I didn't get to try it! However, it sparked my plans to stay again... 5⃣️ Direct access to the subway and shopping mall, smooth travel and convenient entertainment. Exit the subway and find Exit C, which leads directly to the shopping mall. Walk down to L1 and follow the signs to find the direct elevators between the mall and the hotel. Chengdu Jinniu Yiheng is not only efficient in their staff, but also in making travel efficient and convenient! The hotel elevator also goes directly to L4 of Longfor Xichen Paradise Walk (there are so many restaurants on this floor, like Fat Brothers and Kaojiang, where you can't have hot pot). It's worth noting that you need to swipe your hotel room card to access L4. I found it didn't work after checking out, but luckily I kept a copy of my room card as a souvenir. Alternatively, you can ask the front desk to swipe the elevator for you! 6⃣️ Check-out enquiries about your stay were the perfect touch!!! The front office manager asked about your stay upon check-out and thoughtfully reminded me to collect my stamps. Only IHG loyal members would be impressed, right? Sometimes it's so easy to forget to get your stamp, and this reminder at check-out is truly touching! The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and thoughtful, even upgrading my room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety. I was very satisfied. I forgot to take my sun hat with me when I checked out, but the hotel staff, Xiao Li and Xiao Wang, contacted me promptly and sent it back to me. I was very touched and thank you very much! I will definitely stay at Jinniu Yiheng Hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

Xiao Min at the front desk is very welcoming. It's nice to come and play.

It is quite convenient to drive there. It is a very distinctive hotel, mainly for sports. There are small basketball, pot throwing, and a 24-hour gym. Every staff member has a very good attitude and is very sincere, especially Xiao Peng. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The only drawback is that there is no fitness mirror in the suite, which is a bit regrettable.
