I was really dissatisfied. First, there were no screens on the windows. This is unacceptable in a season with many mosquitoes. Secondly, the windows of the room I was initially given could not be closed. The hotel staff also could not close them when they tried. The water flow in the basin was very small. After communication, I was given a new room. The problem was that I arrived at the hotel after 10 pm and still had to change rooms. I was a little dissatisfied. The windows of the new room could be closed, but the toilet was leaking. However, it was too late and it was not serious, so I stayed there. However, I changed the original two-day stay to one day. I was very dissatisfied with Ctrip's rating of this store. I stayed in other cities with the same level of James Joyce Café, which was cheaper and better located than this one. The ratings of the two stores were the same. I was as satisfied with the former store as I was with the latter.
