這次跟家人入住全季新都工業區大港路店，周邊修路還是修地鐵、到酒店第一時間就想協商退**宜，酒店杜店長（👍）的一系列服務讓我們打消了念頭，從辦理入住開始就體會到全季酒店的服務宗旨：店長給升級了房間，送了兩天的早餐劵，並主動加了我的微信，得知我們第二天一早就離開，給我們準備了酸奶，麪包，水果，一些方便在高鐵上吃的，簡直是心靈的休憩站！期待下次入住該酒店、也希望酒店門口的路趕快修好、㊗️酒店生意興隆…

酒店房間超大，也很乾凈，店長特別熱情人很好特別有耐心，因為路上定錯了房間到了才發現😅還給升級了雙床房，200左右住了全季真的划算！

位置還可以，交通比較方便，房間比較寬敞。服務還挺好，停車也很方便。唯一的就是三個房間住了好幾天，每天衹送一人份早餐，第一天給送了5個人，衹送一份早餐，給誰吃呢，很不方便。

設施：都很新 很乾凈
衞生：不錯 很乾凈
環境：位置比較偏遠 完全遠離市中心 不介意的就無所謂 附近有工地施工 略有嘈雜
服務：剛入住的女前台情商較低 其餘員工態度都很好
入住當晚，我順口問一句有沒有房型升級？因為別的酒店衹要有空餘房間都會主動並免費升級。當時女前台就説讓我用權益兑換，我説那也沒必要別家店有多餘房間都能免費升。她就一直和我扯用那個權益也是免費的。我難道不知道嗎？但那也是每個月有次數的，有些還得用積分換，也不是非必要一定要升級，能就升不能就不升唄。女前台一開始不想給免費升，才扯了這一通，但問了我是哪個平台訂的，我説攜程，又改嘴給我破例升一下（……）
然後我説早餐有嗎？她讓我自己看訂的時候有沒有。我説有一份，但我是兩個人入住，能給2份早餐嗎？女前台説：“不行，你才160多訂了這個房間，又給你升級房型，送不了”我説“那我可以不用升級房型，兩個人住就多給一份早餐唄，別的全季還免費送2份。”她就一直説“不行，別的店是別的店，我們店不行。我們的票都是有編號的巴拉巴拉”
反正這話聽的挺無語，啥叫160多訂了這個房間？你們自己甩尾房特價➕我用積分兑了10塊錢，難道特價的不配享用平時的權益嗎？那你別搞特價啊！
後來第二天早上去買早餐票的時候，另個男前台很爽快送了一份早餐，其他員工都很好説話。酒店人做事説話不要一板一眼，情商真的很低。

從北京到雲南自駕，這家是體驗感最差的一家，第一天去洗衣服還是正常的，孩子也能看個電視，第二天電視總電關了，免費提供的礦泉水也收了，總之就是摳，不大氣，服務也一般，不打算來這家店第二次了，建議路過的小夥伴去別人家住或者城裡，不建議這家
