從甘肅到雲南自駕遊，12天時間，入住許多酒店，最滿意的就是這家！導航了酒店，被淘氣的兒子動了手機，所以導航出現誤差，打電話給酒店，酒店前台耐心説了路線，不放心又主動加了我微信，發了位置，到了酒店大附近，看到前台美女左顧右盼等待我們的時候，我沒有了一路旅遊的疲憊，此刻衹是滿滿的暖心，希望如家給這位員工頒發最佳員工獎！酒店衞生乾淨，有機器人服務，早餐豐富，所有工作人員禮貌熱情！必須五星好評，強烈推薦入住！

很不錯的一次入住體驗。這家酒店比較適合演唱會過後來這裏居住交通便利然後價格也比較划算並且大廳還有冰鎮飲料。房間環境比較温馨，早餐也比較豐盛蠻不錯的很滿意。前台是24小時值班方便的可以隨時問他們要東西外賣是機器人來送蠻科技化的一個酒店。

不得不誇一下酒店的工作人員，熱情不説還主動送免費的冰紅茶，超級愛喝加冰的，前台人員還很熱情加冰，這點值得點贊哈，一進入房間感覺很乾凈整潔，樓層的阿姨也很主動的打招呼，大家都很熱情~和朋友一起來看演唱會的，十分滿意的酒店，下個月劉德華的演唱會，也會提前選擇這家酒店。如家就跟回家了一般。

入住這家酒店真的是一次超棒的體驗！酒店位置絕佳，周邊景點眾多，出行超方便。洗衣房有烘乾機可以洗換下來的臟衣服，感覺特別方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，裝修也是喜歡的風格住着很舒服。服務員D靜的笑容和熱情讓人倍感親切，早餐豐富多樣，美味可口。下次還會選擇這裏！😍

房間不大，衞生乾淨，雖然外邊陳舊，裏面的設施還是可以的，這次是看演唱會定的這家酒店，坐車15塊，不算遠，點的外賣機器人送來的，服務態度還行

本人對酒店前台服務員小姑娘的表現，十分讚賞和佩服，安排的房間非常滿意，問詢事宜她講解十分清楚細緻全面，她業務嫻熟，微笑甜美聲音温柔好聽，進出都主動和我們打招呼，非常熱情，細心周到，離東安湖很近，打車、公交都非常方便，，wifi也很好，空調製冷效果不錯，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮露、沐浴露很香。
