房子住的很舒服，去成都十幾天，這是最滿意的民宿了，離地鐵也近，樓下就是美食街，吃飯很方便，外賣可以送到樓上，優點太多了..就是房間太火爆了，真的要算好行程提前預訂，我們到後面想續訂都沒有訂上..老闆服務態度也好

房東小姐姐人非常非常非常好!房間很乾凈，每天阿姨都會打掃，而且打掃的非常乾淨，位置也挺不錯的，樓下就有便利店還有街邊小吃，往前走一點就有火鍋串串!裝修風格也很清新，很適合年輕人，設備齊全，空調，洗衣機，什麼都有，房間也沒什麼味道!!也通風!!非常棒!!!

🏝環境：
小區是老小區，小區裏面有很多家民宿在出售。室內環境還可以。
🏰設施：
該有的設施都有。
①房間裏的燈不是很亮，有幾顆燈泡💡壞了。
②是公共衞浴，廁所還算乾淨。公共衞浴的缺點是，一套房子裏有好幾個住户，洗澡洗漱的時候要排隊，而且有些住户不沖廁所，我一進門一股尿臭味。
③他們早上6點多都起來了，很大聲在説話，房間不隔音，非常吵，一直吵到8點才消停，早上沒睡好。
🍭衞生：
衞生不錯，做衞生的阿姨看起來打掃比較細緻，被單被子都很乾凈。還有一次性洗臉巾。
🍁服務：
服務一般。
①打電話辦理入住的小姐姐服務態度很好。
②早上十一點多，應該是房東老闆，敲門問我們幾點走，我們給他説了之後，他居然直接開了門把手想進來，幸好我們反鎖了，我覺得沒有經過同意就開門，這樣的行為讓我們覺得有點冒犯，沒有私隱了。
③接近十二點，我們在收拾行李了，做衞生的阿姨在我們門口守着，並且手機音量開得很大，守着（並且是依靠着門）門口邊刷着視頻，我們門是敞開的，阿姨能看到我們在收拾行李，阿姨在等我們，我們不趕快走都覺得不好意思了😅
總的來説，這個價位來住宿，衹能將就一晚。

這家挺乾淨的，剛開始還擔心幾十塊錢，應該衹能將就，結果去的時候他們阿姨正在打掃，很負責。訂的一個小房間，但我覺得這個價格物有所值了，很喜歡。
