Complete facilities and great staff, and the room is clean and spacious

I will definitely come back, whenever I visit Chengdu. Location is amazing. Airport is near and there is a shopping mall right behind the hotel. There is a wanda mall just few minutes walk from the hotel. Also there is seaside city mall in a walking distance. Hotel is very clean and all the staffs are very friendly. Had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean, tidy and quiet, ideal for rest. The lady at the front desk is super nice, polite and warm. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Both the front desk and the customer service are very enthusiastic and patient, and they will be very enthusiastic to help you solve any problems. There is also a laundry room and clothes dryer, very nice hotel.

Originally, I went for the whole season chain, but this time I felt very bad about the front desk. The sound of KTV outside at night is extremely noisy. Anyway, I will not be able to live in Chengdu for the whole season.

It was already early in the morning when I arrived at the hotel. After checking in, I found that the room had a strong odor of smoke, which I could smell even if I wore a mask. I asked the front desk if I could change a room. Okay, then I'll open the window to ventilate. The front desk also called a master to help remove the smell. The master was very nice and kept saying sorry. I thought I could have a good rest after removing the smell of smoke, but in the left corner of the room there was always a very loud and rhythmic sound of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, beeping for 4-5 minutes and stopping for 3 minutes. I was so tired that I couldn't fall asleep. No matter how good the service is, it is not worth the problem of hardware conditions. It is a really bad night.
