衞生極差，前台服務愛理不理，特別是酒店門口有個高架橋，車流多噪音大大，根本睡不着，耳塞都戴上還是能聽見高架橋上的減速帶的響聲。被子不知道洗沒洗睡了一夜，全身發癢。出差多年，還是遇到第一次，價格給酒店不匹配。

我是很少點評的，但是這次是真忍不了，孕8個月，不舒服來華西檢查，第二天剛剛從醫院回來走的樓梯到房間（沒有帶房卡，無法刷卡進去，不想麻煩前台就想着走樓梯上去），到了房間門口看到打掃衞生的阿姨，我就説能不能給我一瓶水，天氣熱（39度）水喝完了，我看到她的推車上有水的，結果她説的話差點讓我汗顏，她陰陽怪氣的説“這個水本來就是免費的，你要喝自己去找前台拿”我説“我剛剛爬上來，你看看我這個大肚子挺着，方便嗎？”然後她才不情願的給我一瓶水，天哪，我衹是要一瓶水，又不是要金子，這個服務真的是太差了，果斷退房換酒店，説實話我也經常在攜程上預訂房間，第一次碰到這種客服服務，真的是體驗感極差的，這家酒店下次絕不會再預訂，對比對面的酒店簡直差遠了
