Yy is an amazing lady. Love her so much.
We firstly visited chengdu in a very cold weather, she upgraded our theme to business room.
She speak very well english when only very few people do in China. she helped me take care of the family, ordering food, while I was away for a meeting.
She warmed the room in advance in our second stay in here. Very thoughtful.
She also helped me translate everything like car rental, etc. I am so lucky to stay in here especially meeting her. Added her in wechat and hopeful to stay in touch with her.

Super well located and convenient hotel it is located right by the square which is the centrepoint of the city and within walking distance to a lot of landmarks as well as being on the main spot for all train transit across the city. The staff was amazing and the rooms were spotless. Would recommend us to anyone.

This hotel really worth for money. Location is strategic. The room is spacious and clean. Their staff service level is high especially a lady named 小铃铛 who is really helpful and kind. The hotel owner should reward her for excellent performance.

My stay at Hazens Hotel was excellent. The spacious lobby offered ample seating, and the welcoming reception staff, especially DD and LL, were incredibly helpful, even texting me about my misplaced charging cable. A standout feature is the free laundry service, with a dedicated staff member assisting in airing out laundry. The thematic and spacious room was clean, providing a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend Hazens Hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

Thank to the three staff members(YY,DD and RR), this place was lovely and friendly to all kind of guests. High level of services with 3 complimentary meals(breakfast, afternoon tea and soup before bedtime). I will definitely go to this place again in my next occasion.
