Anyone can enter and anyone can use the washing machine. No matter if you are a guest of the Orange Hotel or not, you don't need a room card. Just enter directly. Guests from other hotels can also use it directly. Even employees or nearby residents can come in and dry and wash clothes directly. I can't understand this, and I don't want to understand it.
