1. 沒有前台的，就是小區內部幾個房間裝修了一下，工作人員直接下樓接人去房間，到了房間門口工作人員竟然直接輸密碼開門了，進了房間後到處踩幫我開空調（我定的房間有地台，他踩的地方是我要坐的地方），當時就覺得很不爽，而且豈不是所有民宿工作人員都知道我房門密碼，不應該是刷房卡進門嗎，我的安全如何保證？
2. 我定的房間是圓浴缸，但浴缸三面靠牆，水龍頭在最最角落，從哪兒都不能在浴缸外夠到，我衹能爬到浴缸裏去開水調水温。更搞笑的是，浴缸的下水道塞子竟然是失蹤的，衹能用一次性泡澡袋把水兜住。別忘了這個浴缸三面環牆，我衹有站在浴缸裏才能把袋子套上哦。
3. 最生氣的來了！攜程訂單顯示退房時間2點，管家也並未詢問過我準備何時退房，結果下午一點，我正準備洗澡，響起一聲敲門聲旋即就是輸密碼的聲音，我衹能大喊有人，打開門保潔跟我説我以為你已經退房了，關門後一分鐘保潔又敲門問我何時走，下一個客人到了好久了？？我請問呢，我訂單到兩點，你們客人就算早上八點就到了有關我什麼事？不提前微信和我聯繫，直接保潔上門趕我走嗎？？如果我已經在洗澡了沒聽到聲音呢，是否就是赤身裸體面對保潔呢？？？
4. 而且為何保潔都知道我密碼？我入住期間的安全到底誰來保障？密碼是一個非常非常非常好記簡單的數字，嚴重懷疑是否一客一換，是否入住過的客人都是使用的同樣的密碼？
向酒店反饋，管家衹會翻來覆去説一句抱歉，設計師酒店多的很，花錢買氣買自己的不安全沒必要，嚴重避雷

位置非常好，在太古裏旁邊，房間很乾凈舒適
衹是沒早餐，但是在這麼多吃的包圍下，這也不算什麼缺點

民宿位置非常好，去哪都方便，和太古裏就隔着一條街，要了高層房間，可以俯瞰整個太古裏夜景，房間榻榻米很寬敞，適合兩家人一同出遊選擇，服務管家的阿姨也很熱情，有求必應，不足兩點整體衞生細節還需提升一下，我們選的房間中央空調口對着床頭位置，不開空調熱，開了對着吹又頭疼

房間設備和裝修都很用心也花錢了，入住體驗很好，唯一遇到的問題是洗衣機的烘乾功能，似乎烘不幹。樓下就是太古裏，大慈寺，都可以逛逛，春熙路也近，交通便利。
服務倒是談不上太大亮點，不過服務人員態度也不錯

地段鬧中取靜，去太古裏春熙路都非常近，民宿下來的那一條街也很好吃很好逛。

Безумно красивый, светлый, комфортный номер. Вид из окна потрясающий! Днем и ночью сидела и любовалась красотой 😍🤪 чисто ради вида можно арендовать 😁 и ради ванны! Ну бесконечно красиво, чисто, аккуратно) приятный и дружелюбный хозяин, все показал, рассказал, объяснил) сплошное удовольствие было находиться в этом месте! 🥰

首先，民宿的地理位置還算比較好，雖然在商務樓裏面，逛街、吃小吃都非常方便。
不過真的衹能看看照片，設計非常簡單且廉價。投影儀時好時壞，榻榻米非常不舒服，躺也不是坐也不是…靠枕一股味道。🤮
床頭的位置也是很重一股異味，枕頭、被子根本不曬不洗。有潔癖的朋友還是要謹慎選擇。
房間空氣質量不佳，或者説中央空調濾網有點臟了，半夜咳嗽咳醒。而且空調質量不行，30度室內温度大概也就23左右，洗完澡出來還是會有點冷。
洗漱用品還是蠻不錯的，用的歐舒丹洗護。一次性用品品質也不錯。
這個智能馬桶真的蠻煩，每次都要噴霧，關也關不掉。
服務態度也蠻不錯，總的來講，價格虛高，停車費也高。
