1. There is no front desk, but a few rooms in the community have been renovated. The staff went downstairs to pick people up and take them to the room. When they arrived at the door of the room, the staff actually entered the password to open the door. After entering the room, he stepped everywhere to help me turn on the air conditioner (the room I booked has a platform, and the place he stepped on is where I want to sit). I felt very unhappy at the time. Besides, don’t all the staff of the homestay know my room door password? Shouldn’t I swipe the room card to enter the door? How can my safety be guaranteed? 2. The room I booked has a round bathtub, but the bathtub is against the wall on three sides, and the faucet is in the corner. I can’t reach it from outside the bathtub. I can only climb into the bathtub to turn on the water and adjust the water temperature. What’s even funnier is that the sewer plug of the bathtub is missing, and I can only use a disposable bath bag to hold the water. Don’t forget that this bathtub is surrounded by walls on three sides, and I can only put the bag on when I stand in the bathtub. 3. The most angry thing is here! The Ctrip order shows the check-out time is 2 o'clock, and the housekeeper did not ask me when I was going to check out. As a result, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, I was about to take a shower, and there was a knock on the door, and then the sound of entering the password. I could only shout that someone was there. The cleaning staff opened the door and told me that I thought you had checked out. One minute after closing the door, the cleaning staff knocked on the door again and asked me when I was leaving. How long has the next guest arrived? ? I would like to ask, my order is until 2 o'clock, what does it have to do with me even if your guests arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning? Did the cleaning staff come to my door to drive me away without contacting me in advance on WeChat? ? What if I was already taking a shower and didn't hear the sound, would I be naked facing the cleaning staff? ? ? 4. And why do the cleaning staff know my password? Who will guarantee my safety during my stay? The password is a very, very, very easy to remember simple number. I seriously doubt whether it is changed for each guest, and whether all guests who have stayed in use the same password? Feedback to the hotel, the housekeeper will only say sorry over and over again. There are many designer hotels. It is unnecessary to spend money to buy gas and buy your own insecurity. Be careful of thunder

The tatami in the room is very spacious, suitable for two families to travel together. The service housekeeper is also very enthusiastic and responsive. There are two shortcomings. The overall hygiene details need to be improved. The central air-conditioning outlet of the room we chose is facing the bedside. It is hot without air conditioning, and it is a headache to blow it when it is turned on.

The room facilities and decoration are very attentive and expensive. The stay experience is very good. The only problem encountered is the drying function of the washing machine, which seems to be unable to dry. Taikoo Li and Daci Temple are downstairs, you can go shopping, Chunxi Road is also close, and the transportation is convenient. The service is not a big highlight, but the attitude of the service staff is also good
