Indoor Water Park is closed in Autumn/Winter Season
Other than that, its conveniently situated within the South wing of the global center, and within walking distance to Chengdu SKP

The location of this hotel is good. Metro station is just in front of the Global Center. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with many varieties. The only setback was that the room aircon was not functioning well and was not cold.

服務還是很棒
酒店GRO coco提前致電並幫忙升級了房間
提前把小朋友的洗漱還有拖鞋備好
獨自帶娃方便很多
有恆温泳池可以游泳
早餐我很豐盛在泳池邊用餐很chill

為了方便孩子水上樂園的體驗特意入住了洲際，位置緊鄰skp，五星級酒店的服務確實也非常有水準，重點是國慶1500一晚的價格不算貴的，據説是世界最大的單體建築，確實讓人非常震撼，前台安排了離水上樂園入口非常近的房間，由於帶了孩子行李有很多零零散散的小件，禮賓部小哥非常耐心幫忙打包，管家Coco也非常温柔體貼，服務周到，早餐幫忙安排了行政區域，還送了孩子小禮物，臨時需要的創可貼也都給準備妥當，由於第一天入住時間有點晚，來不及玩水上樂園，第二天Coco幫忙延時至了下午四點，玩得超盡興！
但是還有點小建議，雖然整個服務體驗非常好，可畢竟酒店有些年頭了，設施已經有些陳舊，沙發套、小院户外躺椅的布套感覺有污漬，顯得很臟，房間隔音也差了點。還有從環球停車場到酒店入口感覺規劃不是特別清晰，幾個網約車司機找起來都有點費勁，有一個直接繞了兩圈找不到讓我們下車步走過去的。
總體來説有玩水和逛skp需求的還是值得一住的！

我家三口出行 早餐是兩人，小朋友超過1.4了 雪碧小管家贈送了一份免費早餐， 全程服務在線 。👍👍 房間打掃很乾凈，設施設備維護的還可以，對於一家開了十多年的酒店來説已經不錯了，早餐總類也比較豐富，就是高峯期人有點多會排隊……提一下金絲和牛麪很好吃😋

入住的非常滿意，超出期待。平時很少寫點評，但是這次入住體驗非常好！服務很到位，管家Betty提前聯繫，告知了喜好帶了孩子，沒到店前Betty就把所需的小童洗漱用品，嬰兒床加到房間，還給小孩子贈送了小熊貓，很喜歡。在住期間每天問候入住體驗，任何服務都能及時迴應，服務很周到，庭院房房間很大，院子裏還可以晾衣服，很有親子酒店的個性化。

酒店和環球中心商場是互通的，逛吃住一體化體驗的非常推薦來住。
水上遊樂項目也非常好玩，小朋友一定喜歡。
早餐區就在泳池邊，用餐心情舒暢，服務人員的招待也非常的熱情。
小缺點，酒店內中央空調噪音有點大，燈光相對暗了一些，其他都滿意。
