I arrived to the hotel and wanted to try the food delivery.
Also the hotel was clean, with a good view, charger was provided in the room, clean and carpeted. Central location with a walk away across the bridge to a shopping district.
Street food, restaurants, spa & convenience store are also a walk away from the hotel.
I was also provided free afternoon tea coupons, although the variety of afternoon tea is not much, but it’s a standard afternoon tea set where you can eat snacks, drink tea and chill.
Shampoo and body wash & conditioner are provided.
Robot panda will send food to your room.
I would like to commend:
The hotel lobby staff: Wei youyan was very helpful, she helped me with the ******* settings to set the food delivery to the hotel as I have difficulty reading many Chinese characters since I’m an overseas chinese.

Great hotel in good location, 5 minutes walk to main shopping street, spas, restaurants. It has its own building. Great breakfast buffet, very clean and has smart toilet.
Most important, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. When extra amenities and pillows are needed on various occasions, they were all brought to the room within 5 mins. That’s amazing.
Manager HeLiang and team went the extra mile to assist us with sightseeing and spa bookings. Genuinely caring and polite staff.
Will definitely be recommending this hotel and coming back again.

The robot is quite funny and is available in this hotel. Their front desk are friendly and always happy to help. Locaton is great and easy to find food.

Booked a non-smoking room for 5 nights. Room is clean, but on some occasions can detect slight cigarette smell, probably from the air conditioning duct.
I was given 2 card for laundry service, each card is able to send 15 pieces of clothing for laundry. They also given me an afternoon tea voucher which I didn’t use.
The hotel is not very near to the metro but still able to reach by walking, need to take note the hotel is accessible by 2 path from the roads. Not much a problem if you call taxi for travelling.
The overall experience is still good.

There are numerous culinary establishments in the vicinity of the hotel. Additionally, transportation is highly convenient, with approximately a fifteen-minute journey to Taikoo Li. The room is notably tranquil and does not overlook the street. On the day of departure, we required a taxi service, and the front desk manager kindly assisted us in arranging it. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient to travel, shop, and visit nearby attractions. The lobby features a lemon mint self-service tea station, and the rooms are generally satisfactory. The little panda luggage tag is also very cute.
