This is my second stay. I have to say the service is great. They even gave us a small drink as it was hot. The service is really considerate. It has been raining heavily in Chengdu these days. The soundproofing in the room is very good and it is relatively quiet. They also prepared an umbrella for us when we go out.

What impressed me most was the large bed, the great view, the convenient transportation, the proximity to all attractions, and the excellent value, making it a perfect family getaway. Furthermore, the staff's efficiency in problem-solving reflects the hotel's management, and this hotel does an excellent job. First, they helped us check in early due to schedule changes, and the front desk and housekeeping teamed up to accommodate us, saving us the stress of rushing. My son needed a table for homework, and the service technicians brought it to our room within three minutes. The breakfast was excellent, clean, and reliable, and the service was very friendly. The only area for improvement is the amenities: the shower pressure was a bit low. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance to visit Chengdu again!
