The hotel is beautiful and the room excellent. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed without prior notice for our 7 night stay. This was very unexpected in the middle of summer and a major feature of the property. The service is unfortunately patchy, and the amenities not as advertised. The room does not have a service guide - in English or Chinese, the television provides pretty hotel pictures not useful information . The room was often not serviced until after 2pm, about the time you need a cool down and fresh towels in the summer heat. The food was excellent- but like in many cases- the WeChat menu app would work with an international phone number, and no Ali pay version was available, a paper menu would have been handy. We have been to several cities in China and similar hotels while not as beautiful were better organised.

Overall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back.

Highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation in Xindu and near the Panda Research Base. Just like its name, when you walk into the lobby, you know you’re somewhere special. Our Panda Family Room was an amazing treat for the kids with lots of toys, games and panda stuffies. the staff was wonderfully accommodating. And just as special is its location above a great mall with lots of wonderful food options, from many highly rated local and international cuisines to many delicious street food places on -1. Best of many worlds!

Best hotel if you have to stay in Xindu district. Room interior is good, the bed gave me a great sleep. The breakfast was great and one of the best I had in China in over 10 years of regular travel experience within several provinces in China.

The hotel is very new and grand. The environment is great. The facilities are very avant-garde. The smart control in the room is very convenient. I chose a high floor with a good view. The room is very spacious and very suitable for business negotiations. There is also a separate desk and tea break area. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I would like to thank a young lady named Cai Ling for her considerate service. She always smiles and sends some welcome fruits to the room. There is a shopping mall downstairs in the hotel. It is a concentrated place for shopping, eating and other life. It is very convenient and worth recommending
