The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Kuanzhai Alley, and there are many delicious snacks nearby. We were traveling with our family and hesitated between Hilton Garden Inn and Liya Hotel. After reading the online reviews, we finally chose Liya Hotel. The location is indeed very convenient. It is just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley and there are many places to eat nearby. The staff was also very responsive. They upgraded the family suite, added a bench for the children to do their homework, added a set of dental equipment, prepared a simple breakfast in the morning, etc., all of which were very good. Unfortunately, the sound insulation of the door was really poor, and it was very close to the door of the next room. There were too many families traveling with their children during the holidays. Unfortunately, we encountered a family that did not talk about public morality. It was past 12 o'clock at night, and the children and adults were still making loud noises in the deserted place, constantly pressing the doorbell to open and close the door, and it was not until 1 o'clock in the morning that we stopped. We were tortured by the noise that was still in our ears until after 1 o'clock before we fell asleep. We had to get up at more than 6 o'clock in the morning to catch up. This experience wiped out all the good impressions of the hotel that we left on us. If you have requirements for a quiet environment, you should consider it carefully.

The room is clean and convenient for travel. We also upgraded to a more comfortable room for free. There are many varieties of breakfast. The rice noodles are delicious. The only drawback is that the parking space is tight.

This is not the first time I have stayed here. I am very satisfied. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The service is also very good.
