Luxury hotel like that doesn’t provide basic amenities eg shower cap, cotton bud is disappointing We asked the hotel to lend us umbrellas at rue lobby but hotel said all rented out, no more.. disappointing also

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

for five star hotel this is the worst service we never see it before!!! very bad attitude. the receptionist，contemptuous, arrogant. if you visit ChengDu，please just go to any other hotel except here. otherwise you’ll have a bad time . 如果你想感受五星级酒店应有的一切特别是服务，那么入住这里绝对是一次极其糟糕的体验与选择，整个前台接待人员傲慢无礼，歧视顾客，并且话语中透露着挑逗与无知，语言尖酸刻薄。并且毫无服务意识，对于顾客合理意见也是拒绝接受，并且也不会做出任何反馈与改善。这种服务风格在五星级酒店中真是独树一帜。

We had a great stayed in Faimornt Chengdu during Chinese New Year. The room was clean and delicious breakfast. All staffs had great sercice mind.

It's a beautiful hotel, service was great. Staff wad very friendly Only issue was that we had to check out around 1am after experiencing a rather intense allergic reaction to the dust in the room.

The hotel was clean and inviting with welcoming staff. The food was delicious and a great variety. The hotel offers a great get away if visiting from out of town or just needing a staycation. Highly recommended!

Especially worthy of praise is the customer service sister Talia, who added me on WeChat to confirm the check-in information and personalized demand services the day before check-in, and indeed provided the high-floor view room facing Tianfu Avenue that I needed. I stayed for 2 nights, and Talia immediately visited me on the second day to feel the check-in experience. Because the grapes on the first day were very fresh and delicious, I asked for additional needs, and the room also provided a whole plate of new fruits. Before checking out, I was given a sleeping aromatherapy essential oil, and I instantly wanted to stay for another night. The hotel's spa is also highly recommended. For a 5-star hotel in a first-tier city, it is very cost-effective. There are many other small details, too numerous to mention. In addition, the hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and many famous shopping centers and attractions around it, which is very suitable for business and leisure travelers. In general, Fairmont Chengdu provided me with an unforgettable luxury experience and is worth recommending.
