Luxury hotel like that doesn’t provide basic amenities eg shower cap, cotton bud is disappointing
We asked the hotel to lend us umbrellas at rue lobby but hotel said all rented out, no more.. disappointing also

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

for five star hotel this is the worst service we never see it before!!! very bad attitude. the receptionist，contemptuous, arrogant. if you visit ChengDu，please just go to any other hotel except here. otherwise you’ll have a bad time .
如果你想感受五星级酒店应有的一切特别是服务，那么入住这里绝对是一次极其糟糕的体验与选择，整个前台接待人员傲慢无礼，歧视顾客，并且话语中透露着挑逗与无知，语言尖酸刻薄。并且毫无服务意识，对于顾客合理意见也是拒绝接受，并且也不会做出任何反馈与改善。这种服务风格在五星级酒店中真是独树一帜。
