The location was actually great! :) very near the subway station. There was just a power outage during our stay, the hotel will refund us around 50rmb, at first, they said that I need to cancel the booking, that also means that I will lose the coins that I will get after booking. Thanks to Trip for helping me all the way. The room was not properly soundproofed, we could hear guests in the next room talking early in the morning. So far, we survived our stay…

Good location, ride bike to chunxi road, staff need more training, light switches are a bit tricky, cannot see clearly which switch for what. Near the road a bit noisy, the bathroom arrangement is a bit funny. The uneven floor with 2 steps on different doors to the bedroom are very dangerous, stripping over a few times, bad room design and dangerous uneven floor.
I asked the front desk male staff a question about Taobao, which really upset me the ways he answered with his security guard's attitudes really pissed me off. If they don't know just say don't know, wth. Supposed to stay longer here a few more days but move the next day to a different hotel.

Had a great experience in this hotel! Receptionist is a friendly lady and will be able to answer to any of our questions. The hotel also provides attraction tour bus with additional cost.

The service was great. Especially the front receptionist Qingqing and Zhang Zhang! We wanted to prank our friend and they even helped us with that. Everyday they had good snacks and tea and free water. Clean rooms and good location as well. It’s a walking distance from the panda butt.

Room was dirty and very loud. Building on main road and there is no air con. When asked about turning it on they said only fan was available. We didn’t sleep one bit and had to force check out next day. They also lied about free gift and everywhere smells like smoke. An asthma persons worst nightmare.

Placd is good but my room was near the elevator and you can hear the noise. Ask for a room far from the elevator next time
Other than that the place is convenient. 3 minute walk to metro station and one station away from IFS
