I had to do quite a bit of research to work out where this place was - enter the departures area throough entrance 12 and it's behind check-in counter Q. The staff were enthusiastically helpful - a little too much perhaps, as I already knew what I needed and I just wanted to go to sleep (1 am). I would have preferred if it was cooler, but I slept fairly well. They also let me know where to get a taxi to transfer to Tianfu when I left. Great staff 👍

No door, but just a curtain to close. That's why it is called "take a nap". Recommend for those who need to transfer on the next day like me. So far, i had a good sleep, probably not peak season, so only a few inside the area. Have a charging port besides your bed, and toilet is airport public toilet, you need to walk within 100m.

打4分，在雙流機場T2客運大樓出發層12號門對面，洗手間需要用機場的，無法洗浴。
過渡一晚還是能接受的，給耳機，遇到打呼嚕的會比較麻煩。整個區域乾淨，床品類似火車硬卧。無無線網。工作人員服務不錯，在開票上沒有碼，需要加VX來回溝通，不便。

如果能提供簡單清潔用品如牙刷牙膏，一次過使用毛巾就更理想。冷氣有點少，令倉內有點焗，冷氣強度可以較大一啲，如果客戶不需要太冷可以自己選擇中強度。服務員說話可以慢點，因為對於我們這些不是以普通話為主要語言的香港人會容易明白。可以在門外以圖片講解倉內設施，便不用在倉門口細聲說話。

就因為機場晚上在鑽地！一直特別吵，不是真的困到不行並不建議選擇這個睡眠艙非常不划算，但是攜程確實比店面預訂都要便宜接近一半的價格這點值得肯定

Die Lage am T2 ist perfekt, allerdings habe ich in einem Schlafsaal übernachtet, was ich von anderen Schlafmöglichkeiten am Flughafen anders kenne und es gibt kein eigenes Bad. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis daher eher schlecht, andererseits natürlich sehr praktisch

非常糟糕，性價比極差，如果因為要趕早班機，還不如睡機場公共區域呢，根本就沒法睡～床是半開間拉個簾子還沒有頂，不僅受到機場大廳的燈光及聲音影響，衹要其他住客發出一點動靜都會干擾到～
