住宿體驗主題：一個“行走”中的家
作為一個河北人，對來成都遊玩早就充滿了無限期望，以前沒有住過民宿，對民宿不敢報有奢望，這次入住簡直是“超預期”。大家到一個陌生環境旅遊，無非是想要八個字：“安全、便捷、乾淨、舒服”，這裏都能滿足：一是安全，樓下就是派出所，絕對的安全；二是便捷，緊挨着春熙路，離地鐵很近（十分鐘），出行方便，離市裡大部分景點都近，樓下就有火鍋、串串，吃不慣辣的有米飯、餃子、麪條。三是乾淨舒適，房主是位很走心的母親，房屋佈置温馨簡約，床品為小格子風，整體佈置格調統一；兩張大床，獨立在兩個房間，適合家庭出行；注重細節，尤其是衞生間，很乾凈，還有陽台可以搭衣服。位置處在居民區，足以深度感受老成都人的煙火氣。未曾謀面的房主還提前準備了水，時不時問問客人的需求，儘量給予滿足。以後有機會再來成都，還要選譯新街後巷子7號院。早上起得早，要返程了，順祝這位姐姐生意興隆，生活如意安康。一個慾望不高但對生活質量要求比較高的普通人，於2021年7月17日。

2.入住後第二天主動詢問入住體驗，貼心周到。
3.退房後，晚上十一點發現個人物品落在房間，聯繫房主後，房主連夜趕至房屋取回並寄出。超讚超讚！！！

位置不錯，距離春熙路3分鐘，春熙路派出所裏側，雖然樓外觀為老舊小區，但房屋很乾凈，裝修也不錯，蹲廁，性價比較高，房東給的美食地圖很實用

雖然外面是老小區看着比較破舊，但是裏面打掃的乾淨整潔，特別温馨，可謂麻雀雖小五臟俱全。下樓就可以逛春熙路，出行很方便。房東人特別熱情，還幫忙搬行李，免費寄存行李。

位置無敵，出門就是春熙路，鬧中取靜。吃東西，交通都很方便。房間乾淨，寬敞，安靜，舒適。廚房，洗衣機，空調都有，五臟俱全。老闆人很好，溝通順暢。住了很多天，家人很滿意，下次來成都還會入住！

另外提醒大家不要訂“成都三寶民宿”的房間，臨入住時租金漲價為蠅頭小利不講信譽各種理由要求退房，最後強制取消

樓下就是春熙路，出行方便，房間乾淨衞生，家庭入住很方便，做飯的廚具調料一應俱全，對於帶小朋友不能吃辣的朋友很友好。

房子的地理位置特別好，在春熙路里麪，距離“熊貓屁股”超級近，晚上遛彎隨便看個裸眼3D，出行也方便，離地鐵站不遠，小屋雖小，但是需要傢俱家電都很齊全。尤其房東特別好，熱情善良，推薦！！
