Staying at this Wangping Street B&B is so worth it! Downstairs is the snack street, with all sorts of Chengdu delicacies to choose from. The loft room is super stylish, with sleeping upstairs and relaxing downstairs. The host is super nice and accommodating. I'll definitely be back next time!

I found that there are many hotels and homestays in Chengdu, and there are even more scammers! They use 3D renderings to fake the environment, facilities and space size. The worst stay in Chengdu was in an old apartment building, the facilities were rubbish, the noise was loud, and it was difficult to fall asleep at night. The bathroom was so small that you could bump your head! Be careful when traveling to Chengdu to identify whether the pictures are deceptive!

Summary: The room is a celebrity room that can only be popular on the Internet! It is first-rate for card checking! But it is not comfortable to stay. The only advantage is the excellent location! If you want to choose, please consider carefully! It is okay to stay for one or two nights to check in. Problems: 1) The toilet and bed are on the second floor. If the air conditioner is not turned on, there will be a little odor from the drain. I don’t know where it comes from.  2) All facilities are old and have not been renovated. For example, the curtains are dusty; the shelf of the projection equipment cannot be fixed, and the projection equipment will not automatically adjust the projection position; the wooden boards in the bathroom and bathtub are damaged by water? !  3) The water pressure in the bathroom is terribly low, a bit like bathing on the beach when there is not enough water.  3) The bed is completely uncomfortable. The bed is so hard that it feels like a slingshot, but the pillow is so collapsed! I am already a person who sleeps on a hard bed, and I can’t stand it at all.
