不算是青旅，就是普通的居民房，然後不同房間放了很多上下床。上下床的質量也是堪憂，上床下床都搖搖晃晃，還會發出聲音，感覺很危險。衞生條件可以説是臟亂差，長單被套都像是用了很久很久沒換過的，異味特別大，廁所和洗漱台就更糟糕了。最基本的生活用品，像牙刷牙膏，拖鞋毛巾這些全都沒有，安全問題也不是很好，進進出出的人不少，房間也沒有鑰匙，物品也沒有可以保管的的地方。然後呢，地理位置還行，離人民公園和天府廣場都挺近的，還有就是價格不高，可能真的就是“一分錢一分貨”。到這裏，住下來的真實感受，大家自行參考。

床太小，翻個身就要掉床下來，被褥薄、潮濕、並有一股黴味，枕頭比被子還薄（😓）其他基本生活用品沒有比如盆桶之類的（自帶），洗澡用的花灑頭小的要命，6個床位40元1位簡直不要太黑，有辱青年旅舍這個品牌！
