Friendly staffs. I left my jacket inside the room. I called back hotel and staff willing to help me keep for my collection.
Room is clean. The laundry room is clean ad spacious. Laundry detergent and softerner provided.

Very good location, just 5 minute walk from he Global center Mall. Room, beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. front desk staff were great, they were patient and helpful dealing with foreign passports.

Perfect for international guests, accepting foreigners, good location and very clean. No English service available, but the staff will dot their utter best to help you out as much as they can!

The whole experience was so great! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, check in took a full 5 min. We booked the family room with 2 rooms and 2 double beds which was very spacious. Everything was wheelchair friendly. The hotel is situated in q great place if you have activities planned in the south or central Chengdu.

零時過ぎに到着しましたが、フロントのお嬢さんがとても親切で気持ち良く対応してくれました。
翌朝の早い時間にも一緒にタクシーをつかまえてくれて助かりました。ありがとうございます。
お部屋もアップグレードしてくださりとてもキレイで5時間も滞在できないのが勿体ないくらいでした。
ただし、お隣の部屋のカップルが夜通し大声でいたしていたので、わずか２時間しかない睡眠時間のさまたげに。壁も薄いようでとにかく煩かったです。
(ホテルのせいでは無いですが、とても嫌な気分になり一気に評価が下がりました)
もし、次回泊まる機会があればアップグレードはなくていいので両隣が空いている静かな部屋だと嬉しいです。
※シャワーを浴びている間にドアに怪しいチラシが入れられていました。セキュリティが少々不安です。
