1.環境：衝著其他地方住過漫心，覺得温馨，走廊都香香的，結果這裏走廊一股酸臭味！房間佈置也差！2服務：攜程會員送早餐，前台辦理入住，非得讓下載華住會才送，那就小姐姐處理吧！告訴我房間升級，也是信了，結果另一間沒有升級的房間户型都比升級的好！真是會忽悠！投訴攜程，處理非常好！

來成都的第四天，定了三個房間，一進門就倒上了熱茶，前台美女看到帶了小朋友，送上了可愛的小童拖鞋和牙刷。就連行李都是幫我們送到房間的。很貼心，進房間的路上詢問是否需要推薦周邊的好吃的，送了兩份早餐。看到小朋友喜歡吃前台的熊貓糖臨走時還準備了小禮物。嗯，是回家的感覺。
