這酒店住過十多次了 周圍環境比較嘈雜尚可以忍受 但最近住的幾次都是空調有問題 被子厚 空調開到16度 風速最大 也根本沒效果 熱到半夜兩點睡不着 給前台打電話前台讓我們把空調調到22度 説調太低了反而沒效果 照做了還是沒什麼用 懷疑你們前台把我當猴耍 以後不會來了

坐飛機到的成都，落地後打電話給酒店詢問接送機能否安排，結果發現是自己看錯了，酒店沒有接送機服務。看到入住時間是14點，酒店告知現在有空房可以直接入住。到店後前台免費幫忙升級了房間，交了按金，加了微信，説有問題都可以微信告知他們，讓我這個社恐也能方便與他們溝通。整體環境還是很不錯的，問的問題都會積極幫忙解答。給他們點個贊！
