Great location, friendly staff, spacious room and all amenities are available. Located next to the Global mall on a river island. The breakfast was also good. Swimming pool is open and great for summer. We had booked it again and extended our stay. Good for both family and business trips.

Enjoyed our second time staying here at Fraser’s. Great location, service, and amenities with the convenience of having shops, food and attractions available nearby. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna so having a washing machine & dryer in the room made it possible for us to go for multiple swims during the day. We’ll definitely be back again.

We travelled with a baby and truly appreciated how baby-friendly the environment was. One of the standout features was their baby club, which provided a safe and engaging space for our little one to crawl and roam freely. It made such a difference to have an area designed with babies in mind.
Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable
Breakfast option and selection is disappointing however still a great value stay overall, especially for big families.

Every time I come to Chengdu for business trips, I recommend it to my friends. My family also feels good after staying here. I will choose it again next time.

Great room.. Big and cozy.... Staffs are very friendly.. Ms. Lui was helpful because lack of my Chinese language, especially Sichuan dialact... Breakfast was good... Sauna, gym and pools were amazing.... And it was a very fair fare.... Awesome.. Must stay in chengdu south area...

Fraser Residence is modern, luxurious and well kept. It's great value for money and although it's outside of the city centre it is near the New Century Global Centre and only 30 minutes Taxi to the Giant Panda center. The only downside I faced was that the air conditioning was broken so the room was too hot to sleep in. I was given a fan to help, but it wasn't as effective as a working air conditioning unit.

The service standard needs improvement. Only 2 bottled drinks provided everyday though requested for more from service desk or chamber maids. The apartment booked has two bedrooms. The security guard at the entrance doesn’t help you with baggages nor help direct car into the driveway. We were told to do it ourselves.

Great location near W hotel and some nice restaurants downstairs.
The staff were friendly and helpful..I had a package arrive after I checked out that they held for me.
The bath tub is also very nice and spacious..
