Older hotel but a clean room. Very convenient for a short stay. Friendly staff.

The location is goods as it is near the MRT station Dong Zhi Kuo. However, the room can feel the dust as not every part is being clean. Strain found on the towel. Since Covid, the room no small fridge, no spray gun on the toilet as compare to other Asia countries hotel toilet. Wifi is not working for overseas customer mobile phone, totally cannot use the free wifi. Goods is downstairs a lot of foods to eat.

I am a frequent visitor of the Vienna brand. The front desk service method of this shop last night is not very agreeable. Due to flight delays and other reasons, I arrived at the shop at 3:30 and I was very tired. I lost my ID card and did not get it. Only the original electronic temporary ID card and the original driver’s license are available. The front desk only has one sentence at first. Our hotel cannot check in without an ID card! Fortunately, I went to talk about it in the end, and took out the loss report and the related procedures before letting me move in. Another problem is that the executive suite bedroom is too small and has no windows.
