The only dissatisfaction: the problem with the parking lot downstairs: 1. The security guard at the entrance booth (the one on duty at 2 noon on February 19, 2024, without glasses) had a very bad attitude and was impatient when asking for my phone number. Minus points. 2. The room is clean and tidy, and the pillows and mattresses are as good as a five-star hotel. The transportation is convenient, there are two subway lines nearby; if you drive, there is an underground parking lot, which is convenient. I prefer Atour when traveling because everything is very standard and the decoration style is simple and bright which I like. It was said that the manager would handle it the next day. Yes, in the evening only the front desk was there. I asked because I didn't have the authority. If I had any problems, I would just endure it and wait for the manager to get to work. If you ask again the next day, it means the manager is not there. If you ask, it means he is off work/absent/busy. If you don’t come forward, you don’t need to solve the problem. You can just pretend to be dead. The most basic thing is that there is no customer service at all, no apology for the problem, and no normal communication with anyone before. The location is easy to find, the breakfast is delicious, and the laundry room is very clean. Highly recommended.
