Excellent breakfast, nice service in laundry and room cleaning. Front desk service was indifferent (never could find the pool that's advertised). It's about a 20 minute walk from Metro 3 Hongpailou and Line 7 stops so not close to main city attractions but in a nice neighborhood away from the hustle of the city center. Pretty good at the non smoking enforcement. Some issues with damp smell in hallway. Overall, friendly, clean, efficient.

房間比較大，很乾凈、很整潔、很清爽。
樓下有地下停車場，有酒店的專屬車位，比較方便。
離地鐵站不遠，位置不錯。到杜甫草堂打車10分鐘。
酒店工作人員態度很好。
唯一不爽的地方：樓下停車場的問題：
1. 入口崗亭保安（2024年2月19日中午兩點在崗那個、沒戴眼鏡）態度非常惡劣，問我電話號碼不耐煩。減分。
2. 進停車場要報告自己的電話號碼。有這個必要嗎？

房間乾淨整潔，枕頭和床墊的配置不輸五星酒店。
交通方便，附近有兩條地鐵線；開車的話有地下停車場，停車方便。
前台的服務特別熱情、周到，必須點贊！
B1有合作的第三方游泳，這點特別好；早餐也很不錯。
非常滿意的一次入住，以後到成都還會再來。

出行比較喜歡選亞朵，因為什麼都很規範，裝修風格也是我喜歡的簡潔明快。這家亞朵輕居老早就收藏了想來住的，選了大床房型，面積很小，感覺還是稍顯侷促，不過夠用了，該有的都有。本來選了含早，結果睡懶覺還是沒爬起來吃哈哈哈。

地理位置挺方便，酒店對面就是雙楠醫院，有地下停車場，關鍵是還贈送了免費的游泳體驗非常棒，房間挺乾淨，枕頭更舒服；早餐特意考慮到外地人來成都可能不習慣，酒店配備了現場製作的華夫餅，自己也可以製作參與感滿滿；還有酸奶BAR，還有很多乾果配料相當不錯了；希望下次入住依然驚喜加油。

1.房間非常小，床頭貼着走廊過道牆，並且毫不隔音，街上車輛聲音一清二楚，宛如睡在大街上。沒見過直接在床邊放耳塞的，並且理直氣壯戴耳塞睡唄。2.想用空調聲平衡噪音，絕了，暖風越開越冷，十幾度的天還是巨薄空調被。
3.進門就能聞到廁所反味，前台心知肚明，讓她感受一下，絕不靠近，馬桶圈也很臟。
4.處理問題態度極其離譜。可能不缺生意？或者衹要有人下單就行，因為再怎樣也不會幫取消，房費給了就是給了，很**，絕不退。就算答應要換房，給了一下午處理，也衹是走過場給看幾個更差的，都不是潛台詞了，明着表示別換，讓你住就住。
5.欺騙。第一次出來住酒店，凌晨直接走了。説第二天會有經理處理，對，晚上就衹有前台了，問就是沒有權限，有啥問題先忍着，等經理上班。第二天了再問就是經理不在，問就是下班了/不在/忙，不出麪就不需要解決，裝死即可。
最基礎的，對顧客的服務一點兒都沒有，對於問題沒有歉意，沒有任何人跟人之前的正常溝通。宛如龍門客棧，“來者都是客”，“來都來了”，您就是案板上的肉，衹宰。
