Excellent breakfast, nice service in laundry and room cleaning. Front desk service was indifferent (never could find the pool that's advertised). It's about a 20 minute walk from Metro 3 Hongpailou and Line 7 stops so not close to main city attractions but in a nice neighborhood away from the hustle of the city center. Pretty good at the non smoking enforcement. Some issues with damp smell in hallway. Overall, friendly, clean, efficient.

First of all, the sanitation is OK. I didn't sleep all night and was very angry. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel like this. I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night because of the heat and even had difficulty breathing. The room temperature was 29 degrees and the air conditioner didn't work. I called the front desk and they told me that the whole hotel was closed because they were afraid that the guests would catch a cold. They asked me to open the window myself. I don't know if opening the window would be noisy, and opening it didn't have any practical effect. I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat. I wanted to change hotels with my luggage in the middle of the night.

The lighting is superb. I upgraded the room type with platform points. The facilities are very good. The bedding of Atour is really good. The pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. The breakfast is also good with local characteristics.
