房間整體不是很大，位置距離地鐵站不遠，出行方便，對面就是棠湖公園。貴賓樓設施一般，主樓的設施不錯。早餐也還可以，麪的味道很好。入住不太開心，進去之後，房間窗口的正下方深夜修路，令人無法休息。經交涉，補足差額後，半夜換到主樓。給了房間升級，謝了哈！
貴賓樓設施》保險箱打不開，原因不明。
主樓設施》電視連不上，路由器壞了。
經相關人員的幫助，上述問題得以解決。但事後，不見酒店方面的一聲抱歉，很是影響入住的心情……。事後，又續住了2天，衹應天氣炎熱，將就了。不踩不吹，有圖有真相。

位置特別好，對面就是公園，早餐也很豐富，唯一不足的是貴賓樓這邊前台沒有人，入住需要到主樓checkin，上下電梯也不需要刷房卡，沒有保安，感覺不安全，還有洗澡的熱水不夠熱

前台辦理手續和實際入住的地方很遠。深夜了外面還雨雪交加，辦了手續，還要走出酒店，重新回街上，一個人繞過街角去找住房部入口。沒人帶路。
住房部樓下明明有前台，可是沒人值班，有個朋友停車遲到一會兒，非得讓人頂着風雪繞去前台辦入住。
忘了手機數據線在房間，明明辦理入住有留電話，可是從頭到尾酒店沒有跟我電話聯繫過要怎麼還給我。
雖然從頭到尾説話禮貌得體，但是可以説毫無服務意識可言。

酒店位置非常不錯，旁邊就是大公園，配套的餐飲、購物也很方便，酒店離地鐵站也不遠交通也方便，裝修也很新，衹是配樓與主樓不相通。

非常好！乾淨，環境不錯，安靜，床品乾淨舒適，服務很好！貴賓樓價格也不貴，早餐特別好，邊上就是棠湖公園，公園風景也好，早晚去散步都挺好的。
地鐵3號線也不遠，周邊吃的也挺多。離雙流機場也不遠。
總之，以後來成都就住這了。推薦需要品質住宿的朋友們
